Very narrow road arround the hotel.

The location and the vibes. Also I felt so safe as a female solo traveler!

The staff was good. The room was very small. The water tap had a very slow water flow. The shower curtain was very short, and water would pool on the floor. Mostly, no one was available at the counter. Some plumbing work was going on, and that was noisy. The bathroom size was very small, too.

The location is perfect, less than 5mins walk to the attractions. The breakfast is rich. And they have cute kitties!

The room was also a bit too small. The glass door (with a curtain that provided the necessary privacy) allowed some light in, but my eyes still searched for even a small window — its absence made me feel slightly confined overall.

For the place, it's super near in Lyabi Area, it's less than 3 mins walk and going to other attractions takes only less than 20 minutes. This place is highly recommended.

the only problem is the host speak Russian only. But translate apps can fix this problem.

Prime location, Big and clean room, very good breakfast and super friendly owner/staff you need to carry your own luggage

Lovely staff even though there was a language barrier. They did everything they could to help. Short walk from the main square and markets. Breakfast was very good! A light went on outside the room in the middle of the night and the curtain wasn't able to keep it out. Not much insulation from noise of voices either. I was having a restless night anyway though, so it might not have been as bad if I'd been fast asleep!

The room and bathroom were nice and new, cozy, warm, clean.The location was 3minutes walk to the pond, the center and our favorite restaurants! Our hosts were so kind, ready to help us with everything. I forgot my wallet with money and cards at the reception and the next day they returned it untouched? They asked us to leave the bags after check out without even asking...we had the 2:20am train to Khiva and there was a looooong wait!!!!! The beds could be softer.

Great location, you will be at a walking distance from all the tourist hotspots. Clean and cosy room, kind elderly couple who don’t speak English but were helpful. Use Google Translation and download Russian language before coming, sorted! Kettle and drinking water were missing at first, but it was fixed right away. TV wasn’t working but I didn’t need it. Laundry is separately charged and rates are in the room. Storage space is just enough for one person.

Location is really good.. just in 3 mins walk you are in the main street.. very safe and quiet area. The old couple who manages the guest house are really nice and make you feel at home. The breakfast was good and sufficient. Nothing
