Coast Burbank Hotel

Rooms are clean. Staff are nice.

We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed this hotel. It was very cozy and the staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was convenient and the shuttle service was clutch. We also enjoyed the hotel restaurant that just opened. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed 3 nights with family, loved the location as it was convenient to where we wanted to go and visit. The hotel was well kept, front desk staff was friendly and we tried the newly opened restaurant on site which was really good.

Nice room. Thermostat didn't work correctly but staff tried to be accommodating by providing a fan after we refused a room change.

My kids room also smelt like mildew as well. All of us actually ended up waking up with headaches.

The location is also great, very close to Universal Studios and many other attractions around Los Angeles. I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again without hesitation. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Be staying here again

I got in last minute and check-in was very nice. Wasn't supposed to get in until 3pm and the staff were able to get me in early. Even with being short handed! New restaurant wasn't quite ready to open but I was able to get a fabulous dinner. All staff were wonderful and the room was great! If I'm ever here again, I will definitely stay at this property!

Very quiet and clean

Nice location for universal Hollywood. Courtesy shuttle (to and from) gets booked quite quickly so we needed to plan in advance. Restaurant undergoing refit. Washing machines can be found at Safari Inn, , 2 washers, 2 dryers at $3 each,

Beautiful hotel and the staff was really nice and helpful. My daughter and I went for Universal Studios and had a lot of fun. It’s close to the park, has a shuttle and many places around to eat and visit. I definitely will be staying here in the future!

We have previously stayed in this hotel and like many things about it. Good rooms for the price, convenient for us, etc. However, there were two issues related to this stay. First, the restaurant is under renovation - so you need to go someplace else for breakfast, Second (and this will sound a bit odd), they replaced the pillows with very large new pillows in the rooms. They are too thick for use...hopefully they will find a way to address this,

The bed in the room was very comfortable. I really liked the dual shower head option of either a standard or rainfall option. You could tell the property is a little older, the alarm clock still has a CD player in it, which was honestly kind of cool. The A/C in the room was the only thing I didn’t enjoy, it felt more like a swamp cooler as it made the room very humid, there was a noticeable difference just stepping in from the hallway. It was a very good location if you’re planning on attending Universal Studios Hollywood or any of the movie studios. Overall a very good hotel.

Pool not on site ,need to cross street to access pool on sister property

Need to post pictures. Taking them to court! No joke. From July 4th through the 18th. It was a nightmare. Caused an emergency visit to Urgent care for my daughter because of the CONSTRUCTION going on! Sanding, painting, noise and smell. They should have told Expedia! They should have disclosed it to guests! Horrible customer care. People should be held accountable.

Fast Internet, great service at the desk, room was clean and roomie. Construction being done in lobby so scaffolding everywhere, and that is because they are remodeling the restaurant, so there was no restaurant on site to be able to eat breakfast. They did offer a free coffee machine in the lobby that made custom drinks, and a water dispensing machine for your water bottles. And they had a store to purchase convenient breakfast. They did not have a pool on site, but they did have a sister hotel across the street that we could use their pool. Because we were only there one night, most of these things did not really matter to us, but breakfast would’ve been nice.
