It would be nice if there was some sort of gluten-free option but other than that pretty fantastic service

The price was right, the property staff friendly, the room clean, free onsight parking, and the area safe and walkable with dinner and dessert options (we were there one evening). In the morning I did grab a complimentary pastry and coffee from the fancy machine. I did wake up with a sore back, but that seems to be every hotel bed these days… All in all, it was an easy, perfect place to stay! Would recommend.

Rooms were clean, compact but spacious. Bed was a little hard but nothing I couldn't handle lol. Free pastries in the morning in the lobby and they were fresh. Coffee machine made good coffee too. Close to everything. Will come back for sure.

This is small older hotel that they completely remodeled. The room was clean the bed was super comfortable and the staff was over friendly!! They helped with any requests we needed Parking was free and they had pastries in the morning Would definitely stay again

Conveniently located near Universal Studios and Warner Bros Studio. Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable, safe, and clean.

The staff was amazing at the hotel! We arrived at around 10:30 am because our flight arrived earlier than first booked and they were able to get us an early check in.

The room was extremely clean and well kept. All the staff were kind and helpful. The morning pastries were a nice touch. Very fresh. The pool was refreshing. Close proximity to air of restaurants and stores relatively in close proximity.

Great location, staff, and parking. Loved the early checkin and coffee machine. ONLY note was that the AC in our room was kind of loud, but they said it was about to be replaced. Also, no late night food in walking distance, so plan accordingly. Would def. come back.

I stayed here with my family when we were in town just to go to Universal Studios. I wasn’t familiar with the area when I booked it and was a little concerned because I didn’t want to put my family in a dump or a bad neighborhood. Boy, was I pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a beautiful updated/retro hotel with a crisp, clean pool and a newly renovated room! The staff were friendly and helpful, there are fresh pastries from a local bakery every morning for breakfast and a coffee and hot chocolate machine in the front office. There are also drink and snack vending machines. As good as the hotel is, bonus for it also being in a very clean and safe neighborhood. There are lots of restaurants within 10 minutes of walking and it’s only a 6-minute drive to Universal Studios. We loved our stay and would happily come back if we’re in the area again.
