The lady at reception is super nice!! She helped us figure out free parking, buses, and was always a delight to talk to. The room was nice, clean and comfy.

The breakfast need to be improved, especially for kids... The location is a bit far from the beach, for small kids. We used the car, no problem.

It is a good location and the terrace was awesome! The bed was comfy, the staff was also nice. The restaurant’s lunch menue was delicious When they were cooking in the restaurant we could feel the smell in the bathroom and it wasn’t nice at all. The parking they say it’s available it’s always too crowded and you have to find a place yourself to park. You have to drive around a lot when it’s busy to look for a spot. The good thing was that 300 meters was a free parking spot and we found a place.

The staff was very kind and the location of the hotel was amazing(<5 min to the beach). The room was quite large and it was very clean.

The location is great. You can get on the beach in a few minutes walk or to the Sunnt Beach center in under half an hour on foot, and also have the bus station in front so you can go to the Old Nessebar quite fast. It's clean and the staff is friendly. The breakfast omelette could be cooked a bit better and the menu also a bit more diverse.

Friendly reception great food. So good we stayed an extra night.

The staff is very friendly and the rooms are very comfortable. The sheets were clean but the cover had some stains and the restaurant, where the breakfast is served is not the cleanest place in the world. But the breakfast is excellent and had traditional Bulgarian dishes which is very awesome for the tourists and the Bulgarians. The location is perfect and had a not that expensive supermarket within 50m and the beach is 5min on foot and the old town of Nesebar is 1 hour walk. Probably the cleanliness of the restaurant could be improved

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with the AC, but they fixed it in the blink of an eye. The balcony was very spacious and we could relax thoroughly after a long day at the beach. The bathroom had some minor issues. The button for the toilet kept falling off.

I liked that staff was nice, cleaning was done regularly every 3 days, but you could ask additional cleaning. Cleaning lady was helpfull, gave us toiletries and towels every 2-3 days. Sheets were changed after 5 days. 5 star for cleaniness. Triple room was big, beds comfy, bathroom space ok with a shower. Enough free parking spots, which is great because you don't get that option everywhere in Sunny beach. Swedish buffet was ok, fresh food and good, with small variation between days but enough option to choose from. Location great, close to everything. Bus station in front of hotel. Takes you to Sunny beach center, which is very close by foot also, and to other side in Nessebar. Check old Nessebar, is nice to visit. Beach is clean with no weeds, fine sand, no pebbles or shells, water level increases as you go in, so ok for kids too. There is also a blue flag beach nearby, Cacao beach, but is not that great. Not much difference. Better go to nearest beach. :) Persani staff, thank you for the good time! Keep up the good work. We"ll come back for sure! :) Distance to beach is 10 minutes. It didn't bother me that much, as I have 2 older kids but it might be a small inconvenience for families with smaller kids. It was also a little noisy. You can hear cars going down the road.
