Appreciated front desk staffs for their understand and patience. There were a lot of us (a group) who stayed there, lots of things went on. Yet they maintained with smiles on their faces with welcoming atmosphere!

It was in a great location, it was clean, and reasonably priced. The toilets made the loudest, most startling noise when flushed. We could hear other rooms flush with the same loud noise, and it was so bad that it woke us up every time it was flushed.

The airport shuttle is not available during certain hours. That should be stated somewhere on the website. If we had known that we would of not booked this hotel. The shuttle was unavailable for 1 hour and half at the time we arrived at the airport. We had to find another way to get back to the hotel.

Got into San Fran really late but the shuttle picked us up and the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was everything you need. What I loved most was the convenience and the cost. Compared to other airport hotels in the area, this one was a bargain. Also, they had a Starbucks in the lobby if you want a coffee before heading out for the day.
