Great service

little bit noisy because it’s close to airport you can hear the take landing of airplane. With breakfast included . Except there’s no exemption on the the free bottle water , we get there almost 4pm but because we wanted to see the places in Bay Area and were in a hurry after checking in we got off already without thinking of getting water the 2 free each bottle for 4 of us and the time for free bottle water pick up is 5 pm to 6:30 pm imagine if we wait for the water then we will not able to see places. You think that’s a little unfair for the guests. There’s no close store in the area you have to drive and hit the traffic . Please consider Instead of getting it by your set up time at 5pm ,You can actually put note by the desk example ask the front desk for free bottle water that why guests should not wait the time for 5pm . Most of the guests they check in on time I’m sure they want to drink right away after a long drive or what so ever.

Great location, beautiful interior and exterior. We always enjoy the breakfast, but the rooms are old, neglected, and do not match the quality of the rest of the property.

It was a great place only thing is I didn’t know it cost 35 maybe it was 45 dollars a day to park which was high especially since it was already like 269 a night for the rooms other than that everything else was excellent!

It was great experience staying at this hotel. View was mind blowing. Staff was very friendly.

Spent here two weekends in a row. Breakfast was good and we used their shuttle from sfo to the hotel.

A bit run down. As complex and full as it was, the breakfast did not cater to any gluten free needs. Fruit was all.

The facilities are old, but reasonably well maintained. It was a comfortable stay, but we stayed away from the food (sub-par).

Clean, comfortable, convenient location to great restaurants in Burlingame. Friendly staff. We have stay here a number of times and will continue to book here.

Breakfast was great despite the long line, well it was weekend and plus Father's Day. Room was spacious, clean and well stocked. Staff were very accomodating.

Bathtub faucet was leaking No bath plug to take a bath No resort credit was given as paid for.

The AC did not work in the room. Only gave us one fan but had asked for two. Hardly cooled the room down because there was the bedroom and sitting area, sitting area was hot the whole time. The fridge did not get very cold. Beds were uncomfortable. Beautiful view but hotel needs an upgrade and given how expensive it is, not worth it. Won’t stay there again.

The property is beautiful! The breakfast is worth the stay saved so much money, the rooms were great and clean was unaware of the room AC that there is none, but opening the sliding door was so refreshing for the room
