Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront

Wonderful property and staff.

My wife and I had never spent any time on this mini-peninsula. We stayed there for a working staycation for me and my wife to enjoy a TopGolf social event, and we both had a great time. I couldn't sleep that well the last night I was there and the hotel desk manager was very understanding and let me work quietly in the lobby. Those are the things I appreciate.

Amazing house keeping. Very polite staff and detail in cleaning the room.

Staff was great and friendly. We were able to check in early before we attended a wedding later in the day. Room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom could have been renovated with a few cracked tiles in floor and scuff marks on walls but otherwise clean.

The hotel is ok. Parking is charged at $40 a night. The decor is dated and and a bit tired. I think there are better options at this price in the area. The bed was comfortable.

Be aware that over night parking is $40, don’t try to drop the key the key box next to the gate. The gate comes down very quickly

Convenient for the airport, with a half-hourly shuttle bus. A comfortable hotel, with a good restaurant, excellent breakfasts and very pleasant staff. A pleasant stay albeit brief.

The customer service was also very poor. The front desk staff was unfriendly, and the security guard was especially rude, making us feel unwelcome. The only employees who were kind and provided good service were the dining staff. I also paid for the daily breakfast buffet, and it was absolutely not worth the money. The food selection was very limited, and the quality did not justify the extra cost. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made in cleanliness, customer service, and the breakfast quality.

Room was not made up on the second stay.

Shuttle service was very convenient and the driver was great. Restaurant was good but the TVs had no sound and was hard to watch the sports without sound but it was company policy. Overall a great stay!

Staff not very helpful nor pleasant

A major issue for me was the fact that the TV could only go to level 10 which made it nearly impossible to hear what anyone was saying. I could understand limiting the level but it needs to be at a level that you can hear. Trying to relax in my room while watching TV was near impossible since I was struggling to hear what anyone said. This is a big enough issue where I will not be returning to this location.
