It was mediocre

The room was very clean and the staff are so friendly and accommodating to my request.

Breakfast was yummy

Spa and Sauna were out of order when we stayed, breakfast was as expected. Front desk staff was friendly

The room was clean there was free breakfast and there was a gym! They also held my bags before and after check in so I could explore!

Welcome was easy friendly to check in … Clean quiet room … Breakfast was also very good and staying more the two days we had a different meal every day…

Second, the breakfast was horrible. I'd never thought egg "patty" would be served at Best Western. But yes, there were egg patties. They looked as fake as they tasted. Not even real hard boiled eggs were available. The rest of the breakfast were typical and sad: cheap mini muffins from grocery store, white bread, white bagels, yogurt, DIY waffle, .... Add into that, there was an (older one) rude lady at the breakfast bar who actually made a big sigh with an "Ugh" when I struggled to get some hot water out of the water filter machine and asked her for help. And come on Best Western, you can afford to put a full view mirror in the guest room.

Good price and good breakfast with a variety of protein and carbs. Location is not good next to freeway. Be sure to use inner heavy curtains to lessen the freeway noise. Must drive. No nearby shops/restaurants. I asked for a different room, but they were unable to accommodate on a busy Sat. Front desk said if something opened up they would inform me. Plenty of parking. Overall, good stay for a weekend on a budget.

Safe parking , clean and well managed

The room was clean, the front desk was friendly, the location was good. The room amenities were dated and the room looked like it could use a remodel. There was a smell coming from the AC.

Had a great stay at the property

The room and staff were excellent The construction/remodeling. The odor of paint on the underground parking garage was strong

The location was real close to my work trip destination. The breakfast was okay but pretty standard. I was not in the room enough to take advantage of the hotel amenities. My only complaint was that I had trouble regulating the temperature of the room. I would set the thermostat to 73 degrees. The air-conditioning would run until it was 69 degrees then turn off and not come back on until it reached 77 degrees. The room also smelled a little musty but everything was clean and well maintained. It was a good place for my work trip both reasonable priced and close to the airport and my work.
