The breakfast staff provided excellent service with great organization and genuine care for guests’ comfort. I would also like to commend the housekeeping and front-of-house teams for their outstanding efforts—the cleanliness was impeccable, and the room was maintained daily with great attention to detail. Thanks to the dedication of the entire team, my stay was filled with beautiful moments and unforgettable memories. A hotel I would happily return to and highly recommend. It is worth mentioning that some parts of the room showed signs of wear and aging.

The location is excellent, close to most restaurants and services, and the cleanliness is good. I stayed in the winter, and the room was like an oven—it was so hot! I didn't sleep well at all during my stay. I spoke to the hotel management, but they didn't help me in any way. It was a terrible experience at this hotel

I mentioned during my stay last year that the hotel rooms and furniture need renovation, and the bathrooms need to be completely replaced. Unfortunately, the rooms weren't clean, and the carpets were even worse. I hope the management takes this matter seriously.

Erol, the manager, and Cigdem were outstanding, kind, attentive, and professional. Their attention to detail and leadership truly shone through, and the trainee staff reflected their high standards. A wonderful team and a real asset to the hotel!
