O Pomar in Cabanas by Wave Algarve

Apartment: lovely penthouse apartment for two with lots of outside space. There's a beautiful gated swimming pool in the main square, also a pub and a restaurant. The apartment has its own covered parking. Large, airy and clean apartment with everything you need and a well equipped kitchen with stovetop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine etc. Comfortable bed. Very effective and quiet air conditioning in bedroom and kitchen / sitting room. SmartTV in lounge area and good WiFi. Bathroom is well kitted out and there is plenty of hot water. Location: about 15 minutes walk from the seafront where there are plenty of bars, restaurants and mini supermarkets. A quick ferry trip and you're on one of the best beaches you can imagine. Host: Great communications with the Wave team. Flexible check-in/out was appreciated. Heliosa met us and efficiently showed us around. Beautiful apartment and Cabanas is lovely. This is our second holiday at O Pomar, and will definitely book again. Nothing

Great accommodation and great location

Great location and fit my entire family. Very easy communication with property management. Very accommodating. The our tires don’t do justice. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and allows for everyone to come together while also being separate if needed.

Perfect for young families. The pool has three different areas catering for all ages and swimming abilities with a lifeguard on duty all day. The pool was busy but not overcrowded, The Italian Restaurant, Innamorato, serves excellent food to dine in or take to your apartment. O Pomar Wave staff are extremely helpful.

Big balcony, good living room and bedrooms The house was basically empty. We received 2 extra small soaps and 2 rolls of toilet paper for 1 week for 5 people. The kitchen had no consumables at all, not even 1 free coffee for when we arrived, or salt or cooking oil - it had zero of the basics we find all over Algarve. There was only one garbage bag for 1 week. In summary: the house wasn’t cozy, and it’s not worth the money we paid for it. In all places in Algarve on the day of arrival we get fruit, coffee, a kitchen with the basic consumables, a nice TV, … this is a very expensive house, it needs to provide another level of experience to whoever rents it

Ana and Robert were very professional to deal with. The property is gorgeous, restaurant and bar on site were great staff again absolutely lovely. We had the perfect stay, perfect experience of tavira for our first experience, will definitely return. Thanks so much ❤️???? Beds were a bit uncomfortable, too hard.

Great pool, easy for the station to get to Tavira. Lovely clean and well equipped apartment friendly and helpful staff. Overcrowded pool, too few loungers. Some quite aggressive behaviour from other pool users in claiming loungers. Almost no shops anywhere in immediate walking distance. Cabanas beach is a fairly long walk away. Everything in Cabanas is consistently 10-20% more expensive than Tavira, just a 5-10 min train ride away.
