The staff when above and beyond to assist us with our every need. Airealle (sp?)went out of a way to assist us with getting massages. Very close to the Chateau and the Abbayes. Office of tourism was able to get a tour of Utah and Omaha Beach and the Memorial. Lots of good restaurants. In our opinion, the price for the breakfast was expensive, so we ventured out.

Room and bathroom were a good size and comfortable for our family of three. I liked the toiletries and robes provided. air con does not work too well, so this was not ideal.

Very clean, central and comfy bed. Left early so unable to review the breakfast. We specifically wanted parking included, but this hotel does not have it and you need to park in an underground car park (€22 euros for 24 hours). Indigo car parks are very tight in space but well maintained and secure

A lovely modern hotel in the centre of Caen with very helpful staff and excellent facilities. Four of us stayed here on a cycling tour, bikes securely garaged in the basement. Rooms were very comfortable with air con and everything we needed. Breakfast buffet was sumptuous. Highly recommended! Nothing

Good location for city attractions. Rooms were comfortable. Check in staff were friendly and very helpful. Roadworks mean the hotel is hard to drive to. Rooms a little small.

Lovely hotel, great location, good breakfast with wonderful friendly staff. I would recommend booking the parking in advance as there are limited spaces. However there is a big underground car park close by.

Location was perfect for exploring Caen and right next to convenient car parks. Staff were helpful. The A/C in the room was set up in such a way that it was blowing right in our faces the entire night. We had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it off and even if we did that, it came back on by itself each day at 07:30 am. If we stayed in the room during the day we had to call the frontdesk to disable the A/C in our room because the thermostat did not override the system and it always came back on! The walls were scuffed, the bed frame was scuffed, the carpets were worn, the curtains were worn and the minibar was leaky (in that there were always puddles and drops of water over the items in the minibar). Minibar was not free but the price list was missing from the room. Location alone does not justify a 4 star rating with 4 star room rates. Soundproofing was also pretty poor. You could hear the doors closing, the staff vacumming the room next door and the water running. On a few days the smell of breakfast food was in the hallways as well as in our room even if we were on the 5th floor.
