There's a lot of stress noise at all hours, I do recommend using ear plugs. This is pretty common in all hotels in Egypt though to be fair. There's very few food options nearby in walking distance, but there are some a short cab ride away. If you enjoy a few drinks while vacationing, this area isn't for you, there's no bars or liquor stores close by.

I would like to formally express my disappointment with my stay at Blue Pyramids Eyes Hotel, booked through Booking.com under Confirmation Number: 5049700126. First, the customer service was very poor and unprofessional. Basic hotel amenities were missing upon check-in. There were no slippers, no complimentary coffee or tea, and only one bottle of water was provided despite there being three guests in the room. We specifically booked two king-size beds with one sofa, but the hotel only provided one king-size bed and one chair, which did not match the booking details. Additionally, only one towel was provided, and we had to request extra towels ourselves. There was also no tissue available in the living area. When I requested tissue, the staff only provided tissue meant for the toilet, not for the living space. Upon our arrival, the internet connection was not working. We were told it would be restored within 10 minutes, but it actually took more than one hour. On the third day, we were informed that no more complimentary drinking water would be provided, even though complimentary water is normally given daily. This hotel is quite expensive, and I have stayed in many hotels before. Booking.com is very familiar with my booking history as I always use the platform. Given the price and expectations, this experience was completely unacceptable. I paid properly for this stay, and the hotel clearly knew how many guests were checked in, yet they consistently provided amenities for only one person. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had, especially considering that I was staying in a foreign country, which made the situation even more stressful. The hotel provided us with one bed that did not match with our booking considering that we have a 7year old daugther with us,no extra sofa,no table.

We arrived Tired only to find our room didn’t have a door so even though they sent us to another hotel the room was so small and not liked we booked we couldn’t stay . All through this the lady on the reception kept asking about the payment ! We did not pay ! And left

From start to finish I had an incredible time. This was my first visit to Egypt, everyone was super helpful and welcoming d especially Hosammy! His hospitality was amazing, I hired him as a driver and he made sure I was safe and helped me build a awesome itinerary. Everything went well for me.

The room was quite spacious and the beds were big and comfortable. The communication with the staff was alright. We were quite shocked to find that the view (the reason why we booked this hotel) is blocked with cranes. The cranes block the pyramids views, you can't even take a photo from any possible angle that will not include them. The worst of all is that this situation has been there for a few years and I find it very misleading not to inform future guests about it since this is not something temporary! The bathroom in our room had the glass-wall which was supposed not to be see-through, but the transparent side was wrongly put so you can't see anything from the bathroom, but people in the room can see what is happening inside of it even if the light in the bathroom is off! This was very uncomfortable, since we were traveling with our mother. The breakfast was very poor, included only 1 egg, a handful of chips (literally from the bag), one slice of salame and one slice of cheese. The 'restaurant' is just a few tables on the roof, with a horrible plastic pool with green water inside. No swingsets from the photos, nothing.

We absolutely loved our stay! The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome. They were so wonderful with our children throughout our visit, and the kids were absolutely delighted when they surprised them with balloons. It's these thoughtful touches that made our Egyptian vacation truly memorable. The level of care and attention we received was exceptional, and we couldn't have asked for better hospitality. The room was very clean.

The staff was very friendly and Helpful especially Naama and Mohammad. The breakfast was delicious as well. It was lovely talking to Naama even tho there were few language barriers and she made it feel like home for us. We surely would love to stay with them again!

First of all the value for money is perfect and the view is great especially in the morning while having breakfast right in front of the pyramids. A big thank you to Naema and the girls Habiba and Salma for showing us the real Egyptian hospitality.

Without doubt the highlight of our stay with Blue Pyramids Eyes Hotel was the staff. Ahmed, Neama and Omar were all extremely helpful in making our stay in Cairo memorable and enjoyable. Ahmed helped take the stress out of being in a new (and a little chaotic!) place by organizing wonderful tours and great drivers to and from the airport. Neama was exceptionally warm and friendly and made us a delicious breakfast with some of the best falafel we have tasted. Omar was also super friendly and helpful. The boss Ebrahim was also extremely friendly and hospitable. Many thanks to the wonderful staff of Blue Pyramids Eyes Hotel.

The location was great a lot of amenities around this place. Great view of the pyramids from the rooftop and friendly staff especially Neamah

She personally attended us and fulfilled our special request for the vegitarian breakfast. Owner's personal involvement and friendly nature.

The cleaning staff are helpful but we We were overcharged at the property. They did not give us the room we booked but we still were forced to pay for the more expensive and larger room which we did not get. We informed the staff but they were of no assistance.They told us they did not have such a room but that was a lie. They gave our room to other people and still expected us to pay the larger room price despite getting a much smaller room. The view of the pyramid from this hotel is disappointing as there is massive construction cranes in front of the place. Would not recommend.

Communication was a barrier in some cases.

We had a great stay here. The staff were very nice and assisted us in every way. Naema was accommodating to us during our stay. The location is near to everything.

The staff was friendly specially Naama, Ahmed, Ahmad and Ahmad.. they made the stay comfortable ..

The can view the great pyramid from the roof top resturant. The morning after the lady at the reception couldn’t speak English, there was a light out and the wifi was down for about 2 hours.
