The property is near the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, which makes it very convenient, and the view of the Pyramids from the restaurant was fantastic. I noticed the bedsheets were not very clean, though not extremely dirty either. There was a problem at first because the door lock was broken, but thankfully Yusuf managed to fix it.

Magnificent pyramid views. Beautiful roof top restaurant. The city of Giza looks unkept but the hotel is immaculate.

The building and neighborhood where it was located was poorly maintained, dirty and felt unsafe.

Wifi coverage in some areas of the hotel could be improved!

I have nothing bad to say! The staff was very kind and welcoming. Everything was cleanly. Beautiful view and balcony of

Love the room which is very big than expected and bathroom also, it's quite big and clean. I love Restuarant at Rooftop Hightopia. There is a fantastic views and very good food with affordable price. I stay for 4D 3N and I get a breakfast every morning, there are 3 types of food we can choose which are American, French and Traditional Egyptian breakfast. I like American and Traditional Egyptian food, it's taste is not strong and easy to eat for foreigners. The service was truly excellent from start to finish. If you book a qualifying room for more than three nights, the hotel offers a complimentary one-way airport transfer from Cairo International Airport, which is very convenient. Only the entrance of hotel at base floor which look a little bit being unoccupied which make me surprise at first time I visit. However, I stay there at 4D 3N so I am quite familiar with the entrance and environment around there so if compare with the big room, nice staff and very good restuarant at the rooftop. It can be exceptional !.

Easy for our Uber drivers to find. Close by the pyramids. The staff was fantastic and helpful. Room was very big and had a great view. Clean. Good shower. Only had breakfast in the restaurant which was good. No alcohol. Was there during Eid so you could hear a lot from the streets but it was people celebrating. Would stay there again for sure. Nothing

Great value for the money. The room was large, clean, and had a great view of the pyramids. The staff were very nice and the restaurant on the property also had amazing views and good food. We appreciated that they served us breakfast slightly earlier than the restaurant opened because we told them we were leaving too early to enjoy their breakfast. The beds were on the firmer side, but comfortable. There was only a few minutes of hot water and then lukewarm afterwards (both nights, experience the same in both of the two rooms we booked). Our safe didn't work so they had to give us their backup key in order to use it during our stay. The building is just a standard Egyptian building with the hotel on a specific floor and one of the two building elevators had no door so you just saw brick walls as you ascend - we thought it added to the Egyptian experience though. ;)

Great view of pyramids from restaurant and room, excellent front and staff – – in particular Yusuf and Noora were very, very helpful in lining up tours, giving good advice on sites to see, and keeping our room well stocked and comfortable. They are both a real asset to this facility. Highly recommend the Egyptian breakfast. Rooms could use a bit more deep cleaning. Important to let clients know that the hotel is not in a really walkable area – – you really need a taxi transportation in and out, on the other hand, the facility is very well located to the Giza pyramids and the GEM. Air conditioning is set a bit high, but the staff is more than willing to lower temperature thresholds to your knee.

Great location with an amazing view. The breakfast was really amazing. You get three choices and they were even nice enough to make us a to go box on the early day. Best of all were the kind and helpful staff in both the hotel and the restaurant. Nora was really kind when she allowed us to check in earlier than we were supposed to. Nothing.

The entrance to the hotel. Ground floor is a shabby building leading to the hotel on upper floor.

The rooms were really nice and clean. We had a BEAUTIFUL view of the pyramids which made the room that much better. The service was also amazing. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating to our requests/questions. Anora specifically was super nice. She even called us after check-out to let us know we left a couple items. I would highly highly recommend! The only thing I didn’t like was the location. Yes, it was very close to the pyramids which was amazing (and great for pictures). However, our drive to the airport and to the market took over an hour. I would definitely stay again for the pyramid view and the exceptional service, but beware that the traffic into Cairo can get extremely congested.

Location is in an old building in a not so clean area

Initially I booked there because of the location and it seemed good value for money and it had over 9 on booking.com BUT… Upon checkout at 6am i had the surprise to see my bill increased by 30% (50 usd) because of “additional charges” that could not be explained by the receptionist and no management to escalate at that hour… I am told now by Management that there is a problem of booking.com that they have reported a few times already, not solved but not a problem at their end. So please be guided and overall, I would say the staff was very nice, the restaurant fair and convenient, but that in my view the current > 9 in booking is misleading. In addition of my payment issue, I found the place very noisy because the double glass just does not fit fully the wall, shower door was leaking and making swimming pool outside and I noticed after no daily housekeeping. Conclusion, unfortunately I found that expensive for what i got.

We booked for deluxe room with pyramids view, but they gave us a room that it's window opens to building shaft. They put xiaomi air cleaner in room because it doesn't have a ventilation but it doesn't help. Air was so suffocating in room. Thanks god their bathroom pipes were broken in our room so they had to change it to our original room later.

The staff members we interacted with had a very good attitude, were polite, and genuinely tried to help us at all times. The rooms are clean, and nice exactly as shown in the photos. The rooftop offers a view of the pyramids, which is one of the highlights of the hotel. The airport transfer that was supposed to pick us up did not arrive on time. It showed up one hour late without any prior notice, and we had to make several international phone calls to claim and resolve the situation, which was stressful after a long journey. The hotel is located in a very noisy area, and the surroundings are not pleasant or suitable for walking or doing any activities nearby. Upon arrival, the towels in our room were wet, so we had to dry ourselves with damp towels. The room was cold (we came in January) and the system only provides air conditioning. The staff brought us an electric heater, which we appreciated. The hot water in the shower ran out for the second person, even though the first shower had been taken about 3 hours earlier one morning. One night, the Wi-Fi did not work or worked very sporadically. I needed to work and had to use my own mobile data. Breakfast is à la carte, with fixed options (American, Egyptian, or French), including one coffee or one juice. Any additional coffee costs €2 extra, which is something guests should be aware of.
