A beautiful hotel with spacious and modern rooms. The restaurant and cleaning staff are very friendly and the view is fantastic. The surrounding area is Old Cairo and accordingly run-down, but the hotel can't be blamed for that. We always felt safe. -1 point: The problems started as soon as we arrived. Our room was fully booked and they wanted to put us up in a shabby staff room for one night. We refused and were taken to a partner hotel. Unfortunately, this hotel was so poorly insulated that we could hardly sleep because of the honking cars. -2 points: The next day, we were picked up from the hotel and told that our room was ready. However, it was a room without a view of the pyramids, which we had specifically booked and paid extra for. We complained about this and were then given the room we had booked. -3 points: After we finally got our room, we were asked to go to the reception desk to pay. For some reason, the total price was about USD 50 higher than what we had booked. After a long back and forth with the management, we finally paid the price we had booked. All of this is very unfortunate and made our stay less enjoyable.

CAPTEN HASSAN IS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL PERSON EVER AT MASSAGE, ENTERTAINMENT AND EVEN HIS VIBE AT THE Pool, he makes everyone happy and so friendly this is the best thing at the whole hotel, and when i went back to hotel i did so just to have fun with capten hassan till i saw THE UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT OFFICE MANAGER AHMED :///, and breakfast and stuff at restaurant more than friendly and professional , also Mr. Abdelrahman sales director is the best person i ever met and he is more than professional Front desk called ahmed he is such a rude person, he keep annoying me by calls and so weird things and hotel mentioned that it’s his last month, few days ago i went to the hotel before i enter i found this person and i won’t discuss more of what he did!!!!!!! I found him in front of the hotel texting!!! So i left and go to another hotel!

Clean, good location and great view. Breakfast was simple and without many options. The staff was not very helpful.

I really enjoyed services provided by all staff! Everyone very friendly and helpful. Mr. Mohamed from front desk was so helpful. I had dozens of questions upon arrival and he has incredible patience and doing excellent job in everything! Pick up service also was great.

Great location, comfortable room and amazing views of the Pyramids. Sohila at reception was very helpful. Food at the poolside bar could be improved and not many options for breakfast.

It was at a decent location and the room was decent sized. However, the staff was not sure what they were doing. Most of the times, they were not even sure what they were doing. No coordination among each other. I had made a special request but they couldn’t even fulfil that. When I was checking out, I was asked when would I want them to start the preparations. I was flabbergasted.

The View, Location and Comfort

An unforgettable view on the pyramids really does the job. Rooftop with the pool can be both place for relaxation and fun. Just ask the rooftop manager Hassan for the atmosphere you want to get. Apart from that, it's nice and clean, I got some good sleep and good breakfast there before exploring Cairo and her surroundings. If you need cash, shop, medical store, you can find it near the hotel. The district around the hotel is quite local, and tourists may get a bit too much attention there (you get a lot of it in egypt anyway). I dont mean it's dangerous, it's just not fun after a while. If you use taxi/uber or just plan to spend a night or two between your sightseeing trips, the hotel is still a perfect place. On the very top terrace (not at the pool side), there is quite a loud fan right now, but I believe it will be replaced soon.

View of pyramids was outstanding from rooftop restaurant and pool, pool was great as well Bathrooms in apt was glass walled and even with the blinds was very exposed so using it for toileting and showering involved communication in group or even leaving room to give someone privacy.

It was clean, AC, 24 hour reception, and big bathrooms with hot water. The restaurant was really great! The staff were lovely, the food was excellent and the view of the pyramids was unreal. Would definitely eat here again! The breakfast was also really good, lots of fresh options and some Egyptian staples to try, really good value for money! Carrefour a short walk away. Very close to the pyramids and the grand Egyptian museum (we walked to the latter, though prepare to cross a couple of crazy roads). The pillows weren't comfy, too hard for us personally. The pyramid tour we booked through the hotel wasn't good (we've had great ones booked through reliable companies at a better price) so just book this yourself. It's very loud in the corridors at night for some reason? Maybe we just got unlucky with the guests on our floor but maybe some rugs are needed to absorb sound.
