I had a wonderful stay at the Pyramids Charm Hotel! The location is absolutely perfect for anyone looking to experience the magic of the Pyramids, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the historical sites. The hotel itself is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What truly made our stay outstanding was the staff—everyone was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The service was top-notch from check-in to check-out. The rooms are cozy and equipped with all the essential amenities, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was excellent and convenient, making it easy to get around and see the pyramids . The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options and a wonderful pyramids view . Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

We booked a room with pyramids view. It was the best. The staff at the hotel provide the best services and advise. Traffic noise is 24hours. They can clean the rooms daily but they didnt. The food is a bit pricey. Foyer can also be cleaned every 2/3 hours but it seems like its cleaned ones daily.

The room doesn't match the one on booking, they offered the room with a small balcony while the reservation was made for the room with a large balcony. Also, there is no reception or loopy and the counter is between rooms coordinator.

Best thing is rooftop, with a clear view of two big pyramids. Rooftop restaurant was also good enough, though a bit expensive. 15-20 minutes walk to Grand Egyptian Museum and 10 minutes drive to main gate of pyramids. First impression of hotel was very bad. We booked a studio with 5 beds and balcony with pyramid view. They offer us a room with only 4 beds in a corner without any view. Since it wasn't suitable for 5 we insisted on studio which we booked and paid for ,but they tell us that there's a problem with that room,so they offer us two small rooms, in a corner where there was constant noise from construction side. Second day i asked them two times to give us the studio but they tried to avoid with some contradicting excuses. After a lot of discussion they shifted us to a big room with 4 beds on 6th floor in pyramid yard hotel, and added an extra bed to accommodate. That room was with terrace. But still much smaller than that we booked. Beds were super uncomfortable and makes noise even when you move a little bit. Bed sheets etc were dirty and worn out. Bathroom was ok but shower place was too small. Breakfast was almost useless, there wasn't almost anything. We have to purchase the coffee from their restaurant. Location of the restaurant is also not very special. Area is dirty with lot of traffic. Hotel reception is only interested in selling their tours to attractions at very expensive prices. We only booked Saqqara tour through them, all other things are easily doable via uber/ in drive.

Low water pressure

• Nice pyramid view from the balcony at night. • Convenient location near local shops. • Rooms are not soundproof. Constant street noise, honking, and traffic throughout the night. • Visible crack on the toilet seat and stained carpet. • Reception desk often used as a staff hangout area, lacking professionalism. • Staff allowed to smoke in the stairwell; cigarette smell entered the room. • Breakfast quality was poor; some items appeared past expiration and fruit was not fresh. • Snack bar overpriced at $1 per item, while the same items are available at a local market 2 minutes away for less. • Only two complimentary water bottles provided for an entire 7 days and 6 nights stay.

It was clean and cool Nothing

The images reflected on Booking.com are in no way sincere and true of what the facility has to offer. Despite assisting during the stay, this should not be the basis for your selection. If you're looking for a room to sleep and explore the entire day, then perhaps this option works. If you're looking for comfort and a view, this is not the place.

Direct views of the pyramids, a great breakfast, reliable Wi-Fi, and a spacious room. The commode was not clean, the road in front was noisy, and the bathroom was small. The day tour packages were very expensive. We came directly from the airport to the hotel and later realized that the prices we had agreed to were almost double the actual rates.

Staff are respectful and helpful, nice location with view of pyramids, it was clean comfortable & excellent view of the pyramids & Cairo skyline, it was only 10 walk to the main shopping bazaar

I stayed at a hotel in Cairo and honestly had a great experience. The staff made me feel safe and genuinely welcome from the moment I arrived. Abdulrahaman & Kerim were welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed. They even book tours! Breakfast was fresh and filling every morning, and the views were incredible — especially at sunrise. The water pressure was low.

The proximity with the pyramids. The staff is always there to help : Abdo & Mohamed. Great view on the pyramids ! Room was ok (furnitures/bathroom) Breakfast until late (11:00) Reception is open 24h/7 The reception is nearby so better to have earplugs if some noisy guests pass by.
