The hotel is very comfortable, the rooftop has a beautiful view of the pyramids, and the breakfast was very good. The staff was amazing — everyone was very kind and attentive, both at breakfast, reception, and restaurant. The street outside is very noisy and a bit dirty. The area feels a little uncomfortable, especially for women walking alone, with a lot of staring. However, the hotel staff was always supportive and helpful when going outside.

Beautiful hotel and very kind and helpful staff. The terrace, where the restaurant and the pool are located, has an amazing view. Breakfast was also great. Fully recommend!

The location is good. They allowed us to check-in early. However, the room smells bad. The food doesn’t seem to change everyday. And the worst is the wifi connection that always gets disconnected or no connection at all most of the time.

We were lucky to be on a high floor so had great views of the pyramids & this helped with some of the traffic noise from the very busy road. There are also very nice views from the rooftop which is a pleasant area to sit even though the pool was out of action during our stay in February. The staff were all very helpful. We found the location to be convenient as it is near the pyramids & the new Egyptian Museum & there was no shortage of Ubers to get everywhere. It is on a busy street & there is some traffic noise if you are at the front of the hotel but then you do get the views of the pyramids.

Room was clean, view very nice. Breakfast were very good. We ordered a taxi at the reception. Payment in advance. On the way to the airport it broke down and we had to pay again for a second taxi.

Location Rooftop view Swimming pool All the staff were friendly and helpful We were not aware that the hotel did not serve alcohol. We thought that a large hotel with description of rooftop bar we would be able to get a beer or wine. It did not spoil our overall stay but that information would have influenced our choice of hotel when booking
