Pyramid Front Hotel

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below any acceptable standards. The cleanliness was very poor, and the rooms were not properly maintained. There was a clear lack of attention to detail. The staff’s attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. There was no real concern for guest comfort, and no effort to resolve issues. The service was extremely slow, as if even basic requests were too much to handle. The food was of very low quality, with little to no variety. On top of that, the prices were completely unreasonable compared to the poor level of service and facilities provided. Overall, this was a terrible experience that I would never repeat. I do not recommend this hotel at all. there are many better options available for the same price or even less.

I honestly consider this one of the worst hotels in Egypt. This hotel treats tourists and foreigners as if they are just a commodity. I stayed there with a group of my clients — we booked 24 rooms for 29 adults and 8 children. Before our arrival, we asked if it would be possible to have dinner upon arrival, and we were told yes, everything would be arranged by a staff member named Samar. At first, everything seemed great. However, upon arrival, the reception staff including the front office manager, Ahmed asked us to pay additional fees, claiming they were taxes. This was never mentioned to us beforehand. Since it was late, we had no choice but to pay. After getting our rooms, we went to the restaurant for dinner, and that’s when the real shock happened. After ordering and being served our food, while we were eating inside the dining area, we saw a rat inside the restaurant. The staff tried to distract us, but we all noticed it. We were completely shocked to see something like this while eating. We immediately stopped eating and left the restaurant. Instead of apologizing, they forced us to pay the bill and treated us in a completely unacceptable manner. They even claimed that the menu prices were outdated and that the actual cost was $30 per person, which is completely unreasonable. No one informed us of this when we entered the restaurant or even when we spoke to them before arrival. We are extremely disappointed with this hotel. We feel that we were scammed, treated poorly, and on top of that, the restaurant showed a complete lack of cleanliness and hygiene. Seeing a rat inside a restaurant is absolutely unacceptable and a complete disaster.

It was a great location and the staff are accommodating! 24 hour restaurant on the roof! The 1st room we got was dirty but they got us an upgrade! The iron burnt my shirt, and the food took over an hour to get the 1st time but staff attempted to make up for all of that. They DO NOT allow guests to come to your room.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming! The rooftop restaurant was top notch, absolutely loved the food and service overall. N/A.

The front office team and tours lady were exceptional and everyone was happy tj help you. Rooms are immaculate and spacious r with great bathrooms and great air conditioning Everything

The hot showers were nice.. view was nice.. beds were comfortable. Not many of the staff could speak english which made communication very difficult. The reception area was not great. Nor the facilities around the hotel. The swimming pool is not what it looks like at all in the images. The food wasnt too good. The breakfast was definetely not up to standard. Infact .. we didnt even end up having breakfast! And the a la caste was average/managable. The reception staff are not efficient at all, with the language barrier made it worse.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were consistently warm, helpful, and professional. The location was convenient and made getting around very easy. The overall atmosphere was relaxing, and the service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Five stars.

Hotel well located and the friendly staff makes Egyptian hospitality come alive. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Close to pyramids. Excellent view of the pyramids. Very nice staffing. Easy check in. All very helpful and courteous. Extremely loud on the street and noise level very high. Curtains/ Shades dont close well. Its a basic motel type place. And glass shower doors get jammed, so please use care in bathroom.

The breakfast could be more variatif. Sometimes you could hear sound from outside the room.

They r very loud th stuff is very noisy nd loud I asked them couple of times to be quiet and th man who is at th pool I asked him to lower the music he never did but when other people slept in my same room because I had to change th room because of the loud music an when I did he stopped putting music because others stayed in my room and older couples they asked him to turn th music he did but when I asked him he didn’t

This is my third time to visit and stay at this hotel and I only have one word to describe it PERFECTION Nothing everything was exceptional

Perfect incity getaway and it made me feel like I was away from real world even if it was just for a day ❤️❤️

The people were nice and the space was cleaner than other hotels. Pool chairs on roof were dirty. The pool attendant was also the “massage guy”, and he was constantly asking if we wanted a massage. They don’t serve wine. There is nowhere to walk to for dining or shopping. Stray dogs all around!

For a 3 night stay it was great, front view of the pyramids, helpful staff and really not pushy on the tours etc they may offer, as some reviewers may suggest, we had our own already planned. Rooms were comfy, bathroom have a curtain that you can pull down for privacy. a/c worked very good. Its in the middle of Giza so if you want luxury and quietness- some level of -then you CANT stay in GIZA. We traded typical comfort for a chance to wake up, have breakfast and have a view of the pyramids view. Awesome view of the pyramids. . The restaurant breakfast area could be more varied, and some of the food like fruit, tasted stale. Having said that there is a lot of noise from the street , light sleepers be aware. After night would be dangerous to walk outside- as a tourist. But easy location to get UBERS, I would recommend UBERS in Giza/Cairo. Highly recommend
