Not very clean rooms

Everything is nice and perfect, the view is perfect, everything was clean and the hospitality was so friendly and nice especially Aya and Mohamed at the reception. Really nothing, but the food could be a bit better.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic—very close to the Pyramids of Giza, which made everything so convenient. The highlight was definitely the rooftop restaurant, offering an incredible view of the pyramids—absolutely stunning. The swimming pool was also great, perfect for relaxing even before or after a day out. What impressed me the most was the staff—they were extremely helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast is mostly local-style. While there are some fusion options available, the variety is a bit limited for those looking for more international choices.

Some areas of the hotel were not fully clean. No fresh towels/toilet paper were given during our stay either.

The hotel is clean and wonderful, the view is beautiful, the room is clean and tidy, and the staff is polite and helpful. They organize transportation and excursions, The breakfast was amazing, and the Egyptian food experience was fantastic while viewing the pyramids in the hotel restaurant The hotel contacted me before my arrival; they arranged wonderful excursions for me and had special offers on trips I highly recommend this hotel for your stay and for booking trips with them, as they do everything perfectly.

Wonderful staff, gorgeous view of the pyramids and the new grand Egyptian museum is very close by. We were a family of 5 and the property was very accommodating and staff were helpful. Ofcourse it’s not the intercontinental but for the area it’s great value and very clean. A lot of variety during the breakfast with a stunning view of the city. We got the airport shuttle which was 50usd for the 5 of us and the drivers waited for us as our flight was an hour late. Omar, the hotel manager at the time was very helpful and offered to organize some tours but we were keen to explore the country itself. Also would 100% recommend the restaurant on the right called Savora, best burgers! Nothing

The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the staff were very friendly, the food was great, and the view from the restaurant was wonderful We only had one day in Cairo, and Omar helped us book tours at a reasonable price. The tour guide was excellent and very knowledgeable, and the car was clean and air-conditioned. Our trip was special , After we had a bad experience with a company from the Get Your Guide website They didn't adhere to the agreed time, and even when they arrived at the hotel, they looked frightening. We even canceled their reservation and booked the tours directly with the hotel. Omar helped us with everything. No thing
