Good location, nice rooms, comfortable, clean. Overall the hotel is great, meals are very nice, lot of choices, fresh, tasty. But the staff who cleaned the tables were extremely on a hurry and loud with the plates and cutlery. Bar staff excellent, friendly, welcoming The cleaners aren’t friendly. First 2 days “do not disturb” was outside in the door and both morning they have opened the door stepped in and i had to tell them that we do not want cleaning. Then we took of the sign the room was cleaned good but no new towels given for 6 nights. Also last 2 morning when they cleaned the next rooms i had to go and tell them to be more quiet as the were “cleaning” extremely loud, banging something continuously (probably doors, and beds. This could be heard from above also for several mornings. Also asked the reception if we could leave our luggage on our last day they straight away said NO! Also asked (day prior) for late check out again said NO! without even checking. I felt a little bit “unwanted” kind of “our time has passed go away” feeling.

The staff was amazing invaluable, cheerful, and friendly. A wide variety of food is available for the three meals. the location is very nice and right direct to the sea. The hotel is so clean, comfortable, and quiet. The place and hotel are very convenient for relaxation and to disconnect from work. Additionally, the price was very reasonable. I think nothing.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff especially Sergi on reception. Lovely food, great variety of choice and food was hot. Would ve liked a sunny room but the hotel was very busy, so they could nt accommodate.

I liked the location of the hotel. Plus, beautiful view from the balcony over the sea with amazing sunrises. Housekeeping cleaned room daily. Very good range of breakfast variations. Facilities of hotel good, although we didn't stay at the hotel much apart of nights and mornings. Would stay there again. Our beds were not as comfy as they looked. Made up from single beds and on very sqeeky when moved round. Our 7 years old did not like his bed too. Receptionists were not as helpful and friendly as should be expected from the front desk.

Nice room, and close to the beach and everything in central :) The cleaning could be a little better. Breakfast good enough but needed some taste. I liked that there was two pools of each side of the hotel.

close to the beach views from the balcony the indoor swimming pool was closed and there wasn't any information about that online. we asked and they said it's closed for summer months. we went at the end of October... the room we stayed in was not part of the main building and was very outdated. there was mould in the bathroom, the sink had basically no water pressure and the room was booked for 4, there were only 3 beds. we also had to ask for duvets because there were only thin sheets on the beds (end of october). to top it all off the ancient lift broke (lucky we weren't in it at the time) and we had to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs. this place may have been 4 stars 10 years ago but not in its current state.

We recently returned to this hotel after having a wonderful experience three years ago, hoping to recreate those memories with our entire family. Unfortunately, this visit left us quite disappointed. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is fantastic, providing easy access to local attractions, and the property itself remains beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and a relaxing ambiance. The proximity to the beach and stunning views are definite highlights. However, several aspects of our stay were far from what we expected. The staff at the pool bar were shockingly arrogant and impolite, making the atmosphere there uncomfortable. The quality of service from them was far below acceptable standards. The meals at the restaurant were also a major letdown. The menu was repetitive, with the same dishes served every day, which quickly became tiresome. For a hotel of this caliber, we expected more variety and quality in the dining experience. Having enjoyed our time here in the past, it’s disappointing to see such a decline in service and overall experience. Sadly, this visit left us returning home unsatisfied, and it may make us reconsider future stays at this property.

From arrival to departure the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, the hotel was very clean and tidy, the staff worked very hard to maintain standards, restaurant very clean and tidy. The hotel should be proud of the staff who work there as they all seemed dedicated to their role. we arrived at hotel at approx 20.45hrs and the lady on reception told us to leave our luggage behind reception and go and get our evening meal as we were half board and restaurant was closing at 21.30hrs not many english channels on the tv, but then again we were in spain, tv should may be upgraded to have netflix function, I am only saying this as i stayed in hotel room one night and wanted to watch tv just to have a chilled night
