Kanisk at reception and Chia Sharme in 'Kitchen' are doing great work.

The staff was very nice and helpful! The lobby area was pretty nice. Location was good for what we needed. Comfy beds. First of all, the images on the booking site don't match the reality. Same rooms, but probably pictures taken when it was a brand new hotel. Same furniture, same layout, but much, much older. Dirty curtains, old furniture, and molded walls. Lots of noise coming from the dining hall until late.

The location. While some staff were kind, others just wanted to make things difficult. (Example — we came down with our laundry. They told us to return to our room with the laundry and wait for someone to pick it up a few minutes later. Just silly. Another example — in various places they say laundry is done at 5 or 7, then they said 8, then 9. In reality, the night we needed to pack for early departure the next morning, not only was it not delivered until after 10 pm but the staff got combative and actually hung up on my husband when he called to ask when it would be delivered. Internet is awful. Constantly kicking you off and saying you’re reached a cap, which the staff seemed to have no clue how to solve and just kept ignoring until one person fixed it easily — for that day. Maintenance is not good — mold covers the walls in the bedroom around the bathroom, and using the shower resulted in water all over the bathroom.

The staff is very kind and helpful. They were really sweet. The location is great. I contacted them because I would be arriving very late in the night and they were responsive. The morning breakfast is just OK. The hotel itself needs some work and a refresh. The walls need to be painted and things need to be updated. But the rooms are still OK.

Nice hotel good location

I really liked the breakfast buffet and the friendly staff. Invaluable was Ms. Chaina Sharma, who also offered to help me with my saree, attended to all my questions, and made excellent suggestions about city sightseeing. The exterior doesn't do the place justice. The building looks outdated and uninviting, and I was a little concerned when I arrived.

I like the openness of the staff, china in the restaurant as well as others.

Nothing i booked the room for two days(3 and 4th oct)(checkout on 5th morning ) and i was supposed to checkout frm my room in the evening and when i mentioned this while chec-in the staff start to argue with us that why will u check out in the eveni g time why ur not leaving the next day and later that day they started to force me and my family to leave the rooom on 4th oct and the experience was horrible

The staff was very courteous and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here. If they could just spend a little bit on the overall upkeep of the hotel and ensuring that some things are kept away from the guests eyes - for ex. A floor polishing machine was kept in the hotel lobby and it stayed there during my entire stay of 10 days. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so can't comment on the variety, but their restaurant had a lot of jain food options and the food was quite good (when I had lunch there). The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff and people at the reception were super helpful. Would like to repeat my stay if the hotel spends a little bit on renovations :) General upkeep and maintenance of the hotel
