The breakfast (complimentary) was very good. But the staff there did not maintain discreet silence, but were shouting instructions to each other. The dining room is where one would expect silence, but the staff in the breakfast room were noisy. Did not like that.

Just ok Half shower glass, towels look old and faded, bath tub sealed rough look unprofessional , no microwave, no shower slippers, no conditioners for a 5 star hotel lots are missing, however for a short stay not worth complaining.

The rooms weren’t up to the standard as it should’ve been. The TV had a straight line on the screen. No toiletries were available apart from the soap and dental kit. There was no shampoo and body wash etc. Overall very disappointed didn’t expect this standard of a 5 star hotel.

Buffet Breakfast was excellent. and every items/ Menu was selected with great care.. The only thing that we enjoyed at HHI during our two nights stay is having breakfast. Food was exceptionally tasty and of very high quality. On the other hand, we had very bad bathing experience. We feel that the toilet and shower fittings need to be upgraded ASAP. On complaining, the room boys immediately informed the maintenance staff who took 7 hours to repair the bathroom fittings but couldn't fix it. The second night, instead of cooling my room, water was dripping from the AC unit making the floor and my luggage wet. Overall, I feel that except for food we want to forget everything about HHI in a hurry. God save the HHI!

Room is too large ld, there was cockroach found in room. Bathtubs broken. Bathroom doesn’t look like an upscale hotel bathroom. It needs renovation everywhere inside a room. Bedsheet was used, I had to call to replace it.

NOTHING I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The rooms were small, unclean, and poorly maintained. The staff was uncooperative and showed little interest in addressing concerns. Basic services were non-existent, and the WiFi was highly erratic. The room door was defective, forcing a room change at midnight — only to find the next room in the same unacceptable condition. Despite booking for four nights, I checked out after just one night due to the poor experience. This was one of the worst stays I've ever had, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Absolutely nothing.... horrendous experience Please take HHI off booking.com list if u want to save your reputation. Most horrible experience in 35 years of my travels. UNCLEAN ROOMS, HORRENDOUS SERVICE, UNCOOPERATIVE STAFF. I CHANGED MY ROOM AT 12.45 AM IN THE NIGHT SINCE THE MAIN DOOR WAS DEFECTIVE, WHICH WAS REPAIRED IN FRONT OF ME AT 8.00 PM. THE SAME HAPPENED AGAIN AT 9.30 AM IN THE MORNING IN THE NEW ROOM I SHIFTED TO. NO ONE SEEMS BOTHERED TO MAINTAIN THE HOTEL. HIGHLY OVERPRICED ....
