The look of the hotel, the dingy corridors and not so white dark towels and atrocious breakfast.

Moderately clean The facilities weren’t as promised. Wifi wasn’t working properly, Lift wasn’t working and we were accommodated at the 6th floor. Suddenly at the middle of the night, there was uninformed power cut due to maintenance which wasn’t informed. Too many mosquitoes AC wasn’t working The Room had smell of kerosene oil.

Location was nice, friendly staff and the food was good. The cleanliness was lacking as the floor was dusty, blankets stained and toilet was not smelling good.

Service is not satisfactory. I have ordered veg food from where long hair comes out. Then they change the food but with non veg thali. I asked for room cleaning in the morning but when I came back in the evening room was not cleaned. Food delivery took lots of time, not able to deliver and in committed time. Location is good and rooms are also decent

Staff's behaviour is excellent. Worth staying. They understand their guests. Hospitality sense is good. Lady at the Reception is efficient and Sincere. Thanks. Abhijit Roy.

location good esy to public transportation access locality main road but less noise pollution i don't like wash basin in bathroom not possible to face wash extremely small like use only small kids never go with my solder how can will wash my face want to shifted other side never expect hotel provided dinner in room but dining table also small never adjust plate for eating food breakfast provide me in canteen it was good

Hotel People are offering Normal water as everybody have a common sense that to service Cold water in Summers. I was stayed for 2 nights hotel reception was force me to eat same MENU food on next day also. There should be some options in MENU if Guest is staying for another day. Not recommended

Room was clean. AC wasn’t that effective. Bathroom was clean. The stuff behaviour were very bad, especially the lady at the reception. Rude and disrespectful behaviour. I had booked the stay with breakfast and dinner. There wasn’t any choice, 1 single egg and two slices of bread was there for breakfast. Really disappointed.
