All rooms finish were not similar. Some were with wooden finish and tile finish for some other rooms. The wooden finish in floors and wall area were slightly torn. Also the water was stagnant near wash basin if spilled by mistake from wash basin.

The staff were very nice, the location was good. The room they gave me had mould in it and was smelly.

The staff were nice but the door to my room never worked right. I had to change rooms which is always a hassle. The electrical never seemed to work right. The staff woke me up 3 different times. Once to ask if I was ordering dinner, once a lady knocked on my door and the last time was to enquire about payment. I was leaving the next day.

Size of the room and the breakfast buffet. Buffet was absolute joke. Tea was cold so were other breakfast item. During my stay I only had bread butter as breakfast as cold breakfast is not my thing. Room size is alright however, bathroom was too small and can cause claustrophobia. I had a hard time moving around in the bathroom without hitting walls or bathroom fitings.

The staff was very attentive and outreaching for a small quantity level property. My room was located in a quiet zone which made my stay peaceful. Per the hotel request, I tried several attempts to pay online before arriving. The hotel’s payment gateway was not the best. On arrival, the same problem. I am traveling to seven states in South India and need to track my lodging expenses by using a credit card. I had rupees but not enough to pay in cash. Management understood with no pressure. Long story short, I paid in USD at an unfavorable exchange rate. Advice for travelers- exchange currency at the airport. Money Exchange facilities are a hit and missed and don’t reply on using debut or bank cards at ATM’s to exchange USD to Indian Rupees.

Nothing I like here We requested for little early check in for refereshing ourself but not given hence we directly went to meet client and returned to the hotel by night 08.00pm only

Bed is not comfortable and also bathroom is very dirty there is no bathroom amenities only 1 dirty towel is there for two persons. AC is not cooling , inside the room only 1 small bottle of water kept, this is not value for money.Not recommended, plz don't waste money. This is not a 3star hotel it's like a guesthouse.

The location is good due to its closeness to Park Street and Jawaharlal Nehru Road. The room was clean, and the breakfast was good. Staff behavior was also great and helpful. The AC unit was very noisy, which was very irritating. The bathroom feels very congested due to its small size.
