Personally I prefer a hard bed so that was fine. Price was good too. The staff were not great. We requested them to order us a taxi from the airport and I reconfirmed multiple times the day of and when we got to the airport there was no one and they took forever to get ahold of.

The facility wasn’t close to anything, no view of the ocean. WiFi did not work in our room nor did the tv. Very hot, no a/c and muggy in room with a few windows to circulate air. Breakfast was included every morning on the 7th floor. Taxi was $18USD but uber does work here and was only 15-20 sols so cheaper to Uber around. No shampoo or conditioner given, only bars of soap. It wasn’t too bad of place but like I said, location to any other cities or near the airport or center was all Uber. Nothing o walk to, not even the water.

So far, they have been awesome. I extended my stay here another 10 days. The housekeeping is above excellent. We still differ a little on the conversion rate, but they met me once, and I met them once. They have been very fair, so far. The breakfast is more than I expected, especially with fresh fruits. When I return from Manchi Picchu, I will stay here again.

It was a quiet area, on a main road in La Perla Callao, there were eateries around close, it was close to the airport , it was a good big shower, good double bed & good size room No fridge or kettle, only 1 or 2 English tv stations, there wasn't any English speaking people there but you get by. No safe in room
