Beach access Too noisy, no isolation between rooms, room service not available after 6pm, charged me 70 Euro for assigned parking that never was available, housekeeping wasn’t good enough and no bellman to help for luggage

The location to the beach was nice. The location of the hotel was right on the Main Street and as a family with a small toddler we did not find it enjoyable or safe with too many drunk people walking by at all hours of the day. There was a cockroach and other bugs in our room.

Location, the neighborhood is nasty. People drunk everywhere. The rooms aren’t with sea views, they see the Pool.

Nothign We were very disappointed with our stay. Although we clearly indicated through Booking.com that we were traveling with a dog, the hotel only informed us on arrival that there was an additional EUR 50 per night pet fee. This was not clearly communicated in advance. After the first night, we also found two cockroaches in our room and had to change rooms, which was unacceptable and made the stay feel uncomfortable. The property page also advertises beach bars and facilities, but in reality only the swimming pool was free. Everything else was chargeable because it was not actually under their service. This felt misleading and falsely advertised. The property also does not feel like a proper hotel. Each floor has approximately 50 rooms, but only a small number appear to be hotel-serviced, while the rest seem to be privately owned apartments. Overall, the experience was disappointing, poorly managed, and not as advertised.

The hotel is lovely the location is a party place, this is not a good hotel for families, with drunk and super loud crowds of youngsters waking you up at all hours of the night into the early morning as the scream through the streets- we were woken up every night. To much walking around the property, to get from one place to another place. Price of the accomodation is to high for what you get.

Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and location was good Some things are with extra cost and needed booking although they could be in booking prize. Like sunbathing around the pool and adult area was with extra cost. Also breakfast was same all the mornings and some things wasnt done good- like bacon and pancakes was over cooked. Otherwise the breakfast was okay and mainly good.

The hotel makes it seem like the surfboard riding is free for hotel guests. It's not. Costs about 30 euro per hour. I specifically chose the hotel for this and was very disappointed. Additionally, they charge 20 euros per night for parking and charge extra for poolside beds. Otherwise, the hotel is very mediocre. The hotel room was very dark.

Room was nice Shower was great Bed was so so Location… magaluf is not for classy stays… the hotel looks great in pictures but I booked this thinking it was the other melia right up the street… please fix that …. Very loud hotel… people screaming at all hours….

Place Reception didn’t answer the phone what ever i call

We had a nice suite and we were upgraded to front sea view. Great view & staff throughout the property were very friendly.

You have to pay extra for the sunbeds (there’s only an area where they’re free). In the main areas you have to pay, although you receive a credit to consume i think the prices were to high. It felt like going to a restaurant and having to pay for the chair to sit. When you book a hotel, you always look at the amenities, location, etc…, and based on that you make your decision. Also, using the wave has an extra cost. The reception staff were very nice, but not in the restaurant, nor the lifeguard, who was also the one handing out the towels.
