I really like the hotel, price vs services are really good; 20 to 25 minutes from the airport by taxi/car; room size OK, balcony , decent bathroom size and small fridge; I was in half board (breakfast and dinner) and food was really good, plenty of options for all the family; two swimming pools, the kids one was fantastic and plenty of room for you to spend the whole day there, they have many sunbeds available and also towel service for a small cost. the beach (sandy) is no more than 5 minutes walking and plenty of restaurants, shops nearby. Staff in general very friendly. Minor comments, like bed (mattress) no the must comfortable ones; usual queues in pick times for taking the elevator/lifts;

The system of changing plastic glasses for tokens, awful coffee and cocktails, that are made by machine, from earlier prepared syrup.

Communication with reception is awful. We have asked for invoice and no reply at all

Nice enough. Got in late, left early, didn't really see much of it. Was unlucky and arrived just behind a busload of old folks on vacation. Not ideal at 2am when you want to go straight to sleep!

Very close to the beach, the staff for the kids are amazing my son really enjoy to be there. The swimming pool are very safe with a lot of activities. Ideal for families with children specially the little ones ? The food can be better, the bar close to the pool close at 18:00 is to earlier the same applies to the swimming pool that. Not all the bar’s at the hotel are open they work with the schedule. Only 3 lifts for all the hotel is not enough for all the guests sometimes we had to wait arround 15min. The floor on the room is not clean properly

The room we got was old and needed to be updated. There was also an awefull sewage smell in the bathroom that couldn't go away.

The food and entertaiment team suprised in a good way! Best recomendations for entertaiment team!!! The rooms are quite small

It was perfect for a family holiday with children of mixed ages. The hotel was spotless . Lifts were very busy, but we just took the stairs, wasn’t an issue for us as on floor 2

Good, prompt service, nice staff Too Dirty, too crowded. Short staff

The only down side to it is if you have walking difficulties then you need to taxi or bus . The food was good always plenty to choose from did get busy at times in the restaurant. The big pool area was nice and always plenty of sunbeds so need to reserve 1 .and the entertainment was OK. So I would say the hotel and the staff are great and yes we would go back again . No complaints all was good

Staff very kind and helpful Food is very low quality, restaurant is always messy Many many guest queuing for one egg. the hotel should be prepared for this amount of people and arrange the restaurant accordingly. I booked for 3 nights and I went out one day earlier just to leave this mess. Advice DONT BOOk the full board.

All inclusive option is amazing. Food choices are excellent especially for children. Staff are top quality. Sofa bed not the most comfy. Pool a little cold but you get used to it.

We liked the view from the balcony.. overall good hotel. My kids loved the "kids club". Fun activities and discos for smaller ones :)

Great location, good food, perfect swimming pool and slides for kids and adults. Beautiful beach just 5 min walk. Beds could be more comfortable, you can hear neighbours a bit too much, and some neighbours were smoking on a balcony and all smoke was coming in the room as our balcony doors were open.

All was great, the food, location, staff, nearby beach, pools, bars, enertaiment for kids… Were there with two small kids, we all loved it.
