Nice clean hotel, no real issues. The food is very very average, and you have to pay for the drinks even if you have dinner included

The only bright spot in the entire stay was the animation team. They were truly fantastic — both the sports activities and kids’ entertainment were handled with energy, care, and enthusiasm. They worked tirelessly every day and were genuinely engaging. Huge thanks to the animators – they deserve a solid 5+! I would never stay at this hotel again. The entire place is extremely old and worn-out, with no signs of proper maintenance or care. The rooms were in terrible condition, and cleaning was practically non-existent. Housekeeping did nothing except barely make the bed, and that too in a sloppy way. Over six nights, we never once received a refill of tea, coffee, or sugar—only what was given on the first day. It honestly felt like they were cutting costs on absolutely everything, to a ridiculous degree. The staff was incredibly rude, especially at the reception. On our last day, we informed them the night before that we’d be checking out at 5 AM and asked about breakfast. The receptionist told us to go to the restaurant at 5:15 AM. We woke up early, went downstairs as instructed, only to be told by the morning receptionist that he had no idea about any of it. Total lack of communication and professionalism. The only decent people in the entire hotel were the animators. Apart from them, the staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in doing their jobs. This hotel may be marketed as a 4-star property, but in reality, it’s barely 2 stars in terms of service, cleanliness, facilities, and hospitality. Avoid if you’re expecting anything close to a proper hotel experience.

The hotel was consistently loud, filled with partying British tourists, which was unexpected. The location felt unsafe—we were even attacked by locals. Staff support was limited, though they offered a bottle of wine on the last day as an apology.

Great Pool, great Location, pool bar was good, food was ok, breakfast was good and loads of options but the Same every day. Poor nightly kids entertainment, very short kids club times

Good location, 5 mins walk to beach and the party strip. Beach is clean and white sand. Lots of bar and clubs. It's closing up now so if you want party. Wait till next year.
