Fairfield Inn & Suites Boston Cambridge

Parking space was very narrow! But other than that very clean!

Pretty expensive and pretty mediocre. Towels were old and ragged and no shampoo in shower. Alarm clock left set very early. No one checked.

Parking spots are extremely tight and with bigger vehicles made it difficult to get into, however with limited space within city it was much better than no parking or off site parking. Other than that everything was great.

Fortunately, we were only there for 3 nights and we didn't let it spoil our trip.

Good location Room way too small

I had a great stay! Very convenient location.

We were able to check in early, and the staff was excellent. The shower was a bit small, but it wasn't a hindrance.

I could Walking noise the whole upstairs could sleep

Property was clean.The staff was very helpful.The only drawback is if you stay in a room on the side of the building closest to the T, you will be subject to a lot of noise at night when you are trying to sleep. (We were in room 319) Luckily for me, I had downloaded a white noise app. I could still hear the trains even over the volume of my white noise, but it was not as horrible.

Great staff but noise from the T plus from other rooms made it hard to sleep.

Overall 4/5 experience. There were instances where house keeping didn’t knock on the door and just came in. That was my fault for not putting the do not disturb sign. But over all will stay here again.

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The morning breakfast was great to have available. The location was good with easy access to various parts of the city

Great hotel, stayed for 2 nights pretty great breakfast as well however when we checked in we weren't given any information about anything.. nothing about the continental breakfast or fitness room etc I only knew thisi information because i checked my email prior to checking in and looked for the fitness room myself. Other than that it was a good stay overall, I do recommend also very close to the train which was super convenient

Midday desk woman not friendly not welcoming, very stuffy parking lot, extremely hard and uncomfortable

The metro was just outside the window and I couldn’t sleep

The room was spacious, and the breakfast met our expectations. Although there aren't many businesses or shops directly around the hotel, it is located right near the Green Line, making it very convenient to get around. Overall, we had a great stay and everything was good. However, it felt a little overpriced given the location. Since the hotel isn't right in the downtown area, we expected the rates to be a bit more budget-friendly.
