Holiday Inn Express & Suites Boston - Cambridge by IHG

L'hotel est propre et les déjeuners offerts sont très bons et variés. De plus, les gens qui travaillent lors des repas du matin sont très gentils. Le parking est petit mais sécurisé et la station de métra est très près et se fait facilement à la marche.

Besides the crazy parking fee, no complaints about this Hotel.

I felt that as a guest at hotel $50 parking fee per night is to excessive. Since they know there is no other options

Everything was perfect from the ease to park and being checked in to the cleanliness of the rooms to the friendliness of the staff and the yummy breakfasts1 Ugh, the sofa bed in the King Suite was horrible. Very very bad. The absolute ONLY complaint we had.

Nice hotel in a convenient location, ypu can reach Boston downtown with a nice walk. Clean and comfortable room. Price-quality ratio, but it was very high season.

Good hotel but could be better. The best parts were friendly staff, location and beds.

Had the fire alarm not gone off 4-5 times in less than 8 hours, the stay would have been pleasant. One alarm even went off just before midnight, startling me out of my sleep. The staff stated that it was due to crossed wires. There was nothing done for the inconvenience. Having to evacuate the hotel and having firemen in and out every time the alarm went off was a lot. Hopefully, the issue gets resolved soon.

chill staff they were cool, food was good, i appreciate the showers being equiped, that's good. AC was working, which i'm usually unlucky with, that's good the tvs are really old, kinda wish there was a way to access netflix or something from the tv directly. i found the pillows not hard enough, we all struggled to sleep. getting charged an extra after my stay was kinda wack too, wish that was clearer from the get go

Clean and comfortable; good location Room was not cleaned even though we were out till 4:30 pm. Had to ask staff to clean it, which they then did.

Hotel has memberships available to use for the nearby gym. Neither the hotel or gym are very updated but functional. Hotel has been partially updated in somewhat recent years but shows wear. Location was okay for working at MIT for a couple of weeks.
