Motel 6 Campbell, CA - San Jose

This motel is not in a very safe location. Our car (along with five others) was broken into in the motel parking lot overnight. Motel staff said they tried to contact us on motel phone but we got no call. They did contact police. Not that we expected it, but it would’ve been nice if some bit log compensation had been offered for our trouble. The worst part, though, was the bed. I could barely move after spending the night on that bed, my back was just wrecked - and then dealing with the inconvenience of a smashed-in car window, and the theft of my laptop and our passports. Trip was so stressful we came home a week earlier than planned. Won’t ever stay there again.

Nancy was so sweet and helpful during check in. The hotel was right off the freeway and right down the street from plenty of restaurants. I was traveling with my dog so I appreciated the fact that I felt completely safe walking him at night. The beds are always comfortable and the shower pressure was great! That matters lol motel 6 for me always because they treat my dog like a guest always and they don’t charge! I will always look for the light they leave on for that reason alone. No complaints
