Armas Labada

This was our second staying in the hotel. This hotel is the closest to the beach in this area, which is a big advantage. We have received a room upgrade and my parents were allowed to check in immediately upon arrival, well before the check-in time. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always willing to help. We also enjoyed the bar. where they served perfect traditional turkish coffee. We had a wonderful stay and would happy to come back again. the kids show started very late.

Staff if really nice, eventhough most of them do not speak English :) The food in general was ok, but not as a 5* hotel. Snacks were ok too. Could be more sea food and summer fruits. The entertainment, you find them almost the same in every hotel, but it was ok. SPA Wellness staff were a bit pushing us to do massage but it's ok, you are in ??

The hotel price was reasonable. The food, the variety of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks were good. Overall, it was worth the price and matched its value well. One very positive and impressive point was that the hotel management was visibly present throughout the hotel, walking around and supervising all areas closely, which was really great to see. The hotel was a bit old, and signs of rust were clearly visible in the toilets and bathrooms of the rooms, which shows that stronger cleaning and maintenance are needed. The foreign staff were much more polite and professional, while some of the other staff sometimes seemed tired or nervous.

It's interesting that I just received an email from Booking.com that I posted a review which I didn't and which prompted me to write this review. The only thing I liked about it was the location and beach, the rest was awful. Hotel overall and room looked quite dated with its furnishing and design and the room cleanliness was subpar as well for something that paid almost $300 a night. The water pressure was low that water merely trickled out of the shower head and it was alternating between very hot and cold with me trying to time it between these temperature transitions. Also, when I contaced the hotel prior to my arrival and asked them if they provide tranportation from Antalya airport I was told yes they can arrange it for $140 each way.... rather steep price I thought so I went and googled the transport companies and booked a luxury van just for myself for $40!!! Lastly, Booking.com says their reviews are genuine yet the posted positive review in my name!!

The property is simply unique, everything was great. What I didn’t like about the property is food which was not matching with the class of the hotel , some foods I saw them after 3 days in the menu , and that’s not done even in 2 stars hotels. Greedy spending on food , and taste was just far from delicious Turkish cuisine which i know very well ….

It was an exceptional experience! The staff were so cooperative, especially Ms Elif, who showed a high level of support and help. All thanks to her. Food and cleanliness are very good. The hotel has a bad Wifi which keeps disconnecting. There was a poor connection in my room, and even in the other places of the building. Moreover, The AC was not good in the restaurant and the reception hall.

It was my best experience in Turkey so far. Amazing food and especially Turkish which I came for. The sea is like a dream from the balcony of Armas Labada. Staff are very professional and are ready to assist you anytime you need at any hour. Everything around and in the rooms is clear. If you want an all-inclusive 5-star hotel at the sea front this one is unbeatable for sure. Respect to all the staff members who are active in the hotel. With love Virgiliu

I visited this hotel for the second consecutive time. - The best feature is its location, with everything in close proximity: rooms, the swimming pool, and the beach. - The food was good, but I've highlighted a few drawbacks in the dedicated section. - This year, most of the other guests during my stay were Russian speakers. I believe that is why the staff primarily spoke Russian as well. I particularly appreciated the Kazakh staff members, who were very polite and pleasant. - The towels in the room were changed every day. I can compare my stay in the previous year to my current stay at this hotel, where I stayed for 14 days. Let's start: - The pierce was open for the first few days of my stay, but the cover was disassembled and renewed only on the last day of my stay. - The hotel has three water slides, but one was broken throughout my entire stay. Last year, all three slides worked. - There was no yogurt available during the breakfast for the first three days of my stay. - The bed linen was only changed on the last day of my stay. - On the last day, I decided that I didn't want the staff to clean my room, so I put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign. However, the room was cleaned despite the sign. - Our room had four people, but almost every time, only three new towels were provided instead of four. I had to repeatedly ask reception to add an extra towel, which was annoying. - The floor was poorly cleaned, with many hairs, small stones, and other dirt remaining after cleaning. - I don't smoke and dislike breathing in smoke. It was strange to see that the tables in the restaurant, where guests were allowed to smoke, were located under a "No Smoking" sign. However, no one stopped the guests who smoked from taking ashtrays from other tables and smoking in areas where there were no ashtrays.

I recently stayed at this all-inclusive hotel and had an amazing experience overall. The location is absolutely stunning — just steps from the beach with breathtaking views, especially at sunset. I was lucky to have one of the best rooms on the property, featuring a private jacuzzi and a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Despite that, the beautiful setting, comfortable accommodations, and overall atmosphere made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The food was decent, with a good variety of options throughout the day. However, the cocktails were a bit of a letdown - they could definitely use some improvement in flavor and quality. I would absolutely come back - just might stick to wine or beer next time!

Location is fairly good even if you don’t want to stay in hotel all the time. The staff was pretty responsive and friendly. The beach and sea is good! Fairly judging after several stays in all-inclusive hotels I can certainly state this was the worst experience in my life. Step by step: 1) Once we came in the room we noticed how sticky was flooring. It obviously was poor cleaning service. 2) The carpet in the hall of hotel was dirty and had bad odor. 3) the hotel is very outdated. It needs urgent renovation! 4) FOOD IS UNACCEPTABLE! This is a huge issue of this hotel! It’s not adapted for eating! 5) Noisy neighborhood! All nights we missed normal sleep!

Very clean rooms and has a good private Beach. Also there are water slides in the premises so very good for children. Also very fare Price considering everything The water in the rooms has poor pressure.

Food was terrible. Everyone day the same food, they have filled most of the restaurant with olives and vegetables, the same vegetable, the same olive in many different places to fill the spaces. They serve very little meat.

Sea view is amazing. The first line is always really good. The ventilation pipe next to the room balcony what made a lot of noise. It was awful because you tried to relax but that noise made you attempting crazy. You can close the balcony door but that doesn’t make sense because you paid for the sea view and sound of natural. Also there wasn’t like all inclusive, that looked like Full board service. Also there were a lot of molds in the bathroom and working bad furniture.
