Breakfast Buffet This Hotel was closed. Booking is not aware. Once I arrived I was took to a sister hotel . The AC went out in this hotel and the sister company AC is going out. I had a dentist Appointment. Only stayed Two days but NEVER again. The staff was rude about the accommodations in regarding the AC. Booking should be aware. I was NEVER offered a Refund but just relocated to the sister Hotel that is having AC issues.

Breakfast was very good. Shower worked great, as did the AC. Very clean. Could hear all of the outside noise in my room. Bed was a bit hard.

Breakfast buffet was good. Coffee service and water available all day. Good water pressure and hot water. This was NOT Adhara EXPRESS! I arrived at adhara express to find it CLOSED! They never contacted me to advise! They shuttled me to their sister Adhara location, which is much larger and older. You hear every noise in this hotel. The gym is poor. 2 of the 3 treadmills are broken. I couldn’t get the screens to work on 2 other machines. Minimal weights available.

Beds were hard.not sure why adhara express is on the booking.com as the whole hotel is closed. We got a taxi there only to be told by security guard that we were being transported to a different hotel. The adhara hacienda. This is a much better hotel but a waste of time and should have been told ahead of time

Free Breakfast House Keeping

This hotel is closed and apparently has been for the past 2 months - not sure why is it still available for booking. They will offer you another one from their chain, nearby, that is older and bigger. They pay you the taxi to go there. I didn't like I was not notified the hotel was closed and I will be transferred to another one. I don't think it is fair that I still see this hotel being available for booking. If I knew - I'd stay in another one.

Although Adhara Express was closed during that time, they kindly transferred the reservation to Adhara Hacienda Hotel Cancun, which turned out to be a wonderful experience. My client, Lori, thoroughly enjoyed her stay; the staff were welcoming, the accommodations were comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was delightful. The seamless transfer and excellent service made the experience stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Property was closed when we arrived and they taxied us to a different property. Don't need that at midnight

Staff were helpful and the hotel was clean. All ok.

Pillows a bit hard.

The food was excellent! The room was adequate and the staff was very accommodating and pleasant! We had originally booked with the Expresso Adhara hotel and when we arrived we discovered it was closed for maintenance and we had to be taken to another Adhara hotel which was adequate and did not cost more but was disruptive anyway, especially after a long and tiring day of travelling.

They did not even allow us to check into this hotel they sent us elsewhere coz the hotel had renovations going on. They sent us to another horrible property (Adhara Cancun) and the stay there was horrible.

It was clean and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. As someone from the UK, this is perfect with everything translated.
