Nothing From day one I see that the rate of 7.1 for this hotel was to high because should be at most 2.1. I requested to cancel my stay because the standard of the hotel was lower than expected, but they denied and I had to be a very poor place which made my stay in Cancun miserable. I request to booking either a refund or a credit for the amount I paid and erase that hotel from your catalog

Staff was always available to answer any question. Room was thoroughly cleaned. Uncomfortable Bed Small Room I was told only roadside parking is available.

Great location near ADO bus station, markets, restaurants etc. Nice pool and friendly staff. Spent six nights over a two week period. Some of the rooms had stiff matresses.

Excellent price, pool , location to ADO bus terminal, restaurants etc. The BEDS. The mattresses were thin, hard and wrapped in plastic. Not comfortable at all. Everything else at Hotel Caribe was fine.

Location Small, old

We only stayed here for one night and did not use the pool. Room served its purpose. The room was just very average.

The suite they provided was a wonderful surprise since there was an electrical issue in the room I had booked...it had a mini fridge & m/w which I appreciated since I have mobility issues plus too costly to eat out... Stephanie and Eduardo exceptional in helping me with many things...enjoyed the beautiful pool... No complaints

Location was good. The air conditioning was good and the room was clean. The reception area sets the tone, and unfortunately, it gives the impression of a rundown hotel. The property feels like a make-do conversion rather than a purpose-built hotel. Pigeon droppings cover the windows, switches are either malfunctioning or hidden in the most inconvenient places (sometimes even under tables), and the bathroom floor tiling is unfinished—creating a real slip hazard. The soap dishes barely function as toiletry holders, and there are no cups, glasses, or even water provided in the rooms. Television is almost exclusively Spanish-language, which is limiting if you don’t speak Spanish. Staff are generally helpful, but only one English-speaking employee is available, and only during her shift.

Great!

The staff were lovely. The hotel is overpriced for what it is. I’m sure that this is because Cancun hotels are all overpriced in general especially with taxes included but it is really poor value for money. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the dust in the room caused us both to have allergic reactions, the light was in a really weird position underneath the mattress, and there was a funny smell in the room. Everything needs refurbishing as it is outdated, tired and dirty. For a place to rest your head it’s ok but wouldn’t believe the 3 star rating.

Road noise is LOUD! The pool is nice. The restaurant only serves breakfast, even though the menu says hot dogs, hamburgers, and pizza are available.
