The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was very nice and relaxing environment. It was great. I don’t have any complaints about the hotel.

The windows are thin so you can hear the music and chatter all night which wasn't a problem but FYI the bars don't close til 4-5am

Close to the Mercado 28, has everything you need, a pool A/C, bid bedroom. Everything was good!

Location was close to city center and central bus station The internet was very unstable. The shower pressure was not great.

The staff were excellent and the room was a nice size and included a couch, desk, fridge, microwave and a few dishes. The air conditioning worked well. I loved the fresh smell of the towels and sheets. Mercado 28 is around a 15 min walk away. Breakfast was good and available in the courtyard by the pool. The hotel is close to a bar which had loud music in the evening. However on our 3rd night we noticed it had been closed down by the government so I'm not sure if that is a temporary closure or permanent.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff is the best of the hotel. The toilet flush didn’t work. I called them few times and they sent someone to fix it but never worked so that was a bit annoying. The internet Wifi signal is very poor and weak so it didn’t reach the room. The noise outside… there was a place near the hotel that played music until late at night and you could hear the noise in the room.

For our little family the area was great, the little pool was great for the kids. It was a quick stop so just what we needed. There is a little kitchenette with bowls and plates, but no cutlery. Some cutlery would be super useful.

The staff is nice and the room is clean I didn’t realize it’s very close to a rock bar with live music going through 2am! It’s not an ideal place for sleep.
