The host Maria attended to our every need graciously and kindly. She gave me a typical Russian salad that I was dying for that day, and by chance, she gifted it to me. The other guests were awesome people too. She only changed our bedding when we asked, it was the right amount of service and attention (hotels can be a little violating of privacy for night owls). If we needed something, she managed to make it work. She's a gift. Seriously genuine, fantastic, caring person. Very very very good at her job. The limited hours posed a problem. My travel partner arrived at 1pm which was a touch early, i arrived 12 hours later. Communication around these times was confused by travel partner couldn't get in for while --the wrong phone number was listed in booking. At this critical time, it out crucial to get it right. We only had one set of keys, which was limiting too, but not out of the ordinary. We both found the bed a bit hard and small. The listing listed a washing machine available, but then we had to pay for laundry service, so that was confusing. (It was ordered by the kilo, but the service Maria gave was stellar and organs worrh it.) Maria's attitude and care, as well as the cleanliness and functionality of the place made up for these minor bugs.

The whole property was very clean and the staff super helpful. It was a very central location lots of access to everything.

The house was exceptionally clean and peaceful, which made the stay very comfortable. Mariia was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and quick to communicate. The home is beautifully organized and full of charm. I highly recommend it!

The owner has gone above and beyond to make sure that every guest is safe and comfortable in their spots. The rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable, and some of the best shower water pressure I've experienced and the common areas are very well decorated. There are many restaurants, stores, & bars within walking distance which is an added bonus. Definitely would love to come back and stay here.

Our room looks much better on the pictures. When we got there it was not really the vibe I thought.

The house host was very receptive, and the house had super clean facilities. For those who aren't renting a car, there is a fantastic restaurant right around the corner. We also really enjoyed the coffee shop each morning just up the street. You can walk through the park that's adjacent to the street that was really lovely each morning. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to Cancun! Not applicable. We loved it!

Easy check-in. Nice room. The pool looked nice although we didn't stay for long enough to use it. Felt a bit more like an upscale hostel mixed with an AirBnB. It was perfectly adequate for our needs but you get what you pay for. Located in a neighborhood about a 15 minute walk from ADO bus station.

The property was in a nice, quiet location. The market and several stores are close to the property as well. It was a little out if the way from a public beach but an Uber was only between 120-300 pesos to get to one.

Host was great. Free tea and purified water. Very large room.

The Room is big and comfortable, it has a big king size bed and a queen size, big screen TV with Netflix and more ! The bathroom is great. Wifi is super fast. The neighbourhood is quiet and central. We had a great stay and our host was very accommodating.

Great bed, linens and pillows, plus plush thick towels. Airconditioning unit! It was a bit challenging for us to enter, due to the different electronic locks, but maybe we should have paid closer attention to the instructions

Very clean and quaint. Felt relaxed. I liked everything. The pool area is beautiful.

Clean and quiet. Cute room. We enjoyed the shaded pool and courtyard as a place to cool off. It’s within a short walk of the Parque de las Palapas. A fun place to spend the evening and eat at several restaurants, bars, and food stands. Nothing.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel near the Cancun center. The atmosphere was super comfy and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff is very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Many doors to come in. No kettle in the room, only in the kitchen. You must be carefull when leave the location and drop the key in the kitchen. It's easy to lock yourself in the hall.

Had a short trip and unfortunately didn't get a chance to check out the pool, maybe next time :)
