Food HORRIBLE! Poor variety, mildly warm most of the time. POOR entertainment options based on presentation, not speaking of the talent, JUST options and presentation. SALES upon arrival by trying to secure a 90 minute presentation of brand.

The cocktails were amazing and the bartenders making them were even more awesome. Good location, near a bus station. Ordered a taxi for us in a decent price to the airport when we left. Some flaws in the room - crooked toilet for example. Floors were very slippery. Some of the staff were kind of rude and unprofessional, specifically the butler, that her service was part of the vip package that came with our room. There were renovation going on at the all adult pool, and that was very noisy and ruined the calmness. The dishes in the andiamo restaurant in the morning were very very dirty, with green marks on the juice cups and hair in the milk for the coffee. We ate breakfast in the mornings at the vip restaurant after that (because we had an upgraded room), and there everything was clean. The food at the buffet was terrible, thank god there were other options for dinner. The andiamo restaurant have dinner as well, and it's much cleaner and tastier than at breakfast. All the food was sometimes decent and not very good, and other times just awful. Price was kind of high for what we got. We came for our honeymoon, and I wouldn't recommend to couples to do the same.

My husband and I came here for our honeymoon for a week. The resort was nice, mostly clean and a pretty decent size with three pools and several food and drink options. We loved our swim out room and used it almost everyday we were there. The room itself looked as expected and as the pictures showed. The staff was friendly and cleaned our room once’s a day. There was a convenience store and small gift shop for if you needed to buy items such as sunglasses, hats, drinks like water, medicine and souvenirs. Overall, our stay was nice. There was people working on the rooms two rooms above us, like painting and replastering the balconies, so those paint and plaster chips were on our patio and in our swim out pool. We told the concierge/front desk people and they said cleaners would come in and sweep it up our first day there, and if it was still happening our second day they’d move us rooms. No one ever came in to clean or sweep it up and we never moved rooms, but people were still working on the rooms above us until they moved to the rooms next to them. We normally would’ve really say anything about this but it was our honeymoon, so it was a bigger deal to us. There were supposedly 6 restaurants/food places at the resort but only a handful of them were open - the buffet, Italian, cafe, craving bar and steakhouse (which you had to pay extra for). The others (oriental, seafood and Mexican) were closed for renovations, which we didn’t know when we booked. So, that was less food options, which we didn’t really like. Also, the food overall was only okay, nothing special. The cafe was also only okay, not many options for coffee like normal coffee shops or like I excepted. We ate outside of the resort once and it was good. Our room itself didn’t seem to cool down from the air and was warm in there all week. However, the sun came straight through our back door (which isn’t the resorts fault), so we kept the curtains closed to try and cool it down, but it didn’t really work.

Staff I did not get the room I booked
-
Only one restaurant and one other were open, even though it claimed to have at least 3, no children's activities for adults or that matter and barely even has a volleyball court.

The staff are very nice! The property is beautiful! The walkway is bumpy
-
It was very clean employees very polite and welcoming. We had a room with a sofa bed and we couldn’t set it right it was tilted, the feet end was quite a bit lower than the than headboard called some but they said that that’s how it was supposed to be.

I wish I knew about the app before arrival. Unfortunately it would not download once I was there and I missed out on what could have been possible. I was once referred to the app when attempting room service, fortunately the fantastic butler helped me.

The staff were amazing, location was great, room was clean and beautiful. The beach does not look like the photos, its is not blue, full of seaweed and we were not allowed to swim because it’s too dangerous. Food is horrible!!!! There was absolutely no flavor or seasoning added, and no Mexican food. Also, if you are a vegetarian do not stay here, as there is no vegetarian options.

Many of the restaurants were unavailable during our stay, which took away from the luxury atmosphere and limited the dining options. We were looking forward to enjoying several nice dinners on-site, but the construction and closures significantly impacted the experience.

Gorgeous The steak house isn’t included in the all inclusive. All other eateries are but not that one.

The food quality was inconsistent-sometimes amazing but others decent enough. Still we never went hungry. Majority of staff were not personable. They were super pushy about their travel club. Went to a 2 hour presentation, which they originally advertised as 80 minutes, but they did give good freebies for going

The staff in the restaurant was excellente and the food was great. We had to tell the front desk many times that the AC was not working until the 4th day they changed us to a different room not good for the price we paid. Also people kept bugging us to become members we come to vacation not to sit for 90 minutes had some rud personal that you ask them information and they just didnt know and they work for the hotel. We will not return to this hotel it was a waist of money.
-
Construction was going on daily and lots of the restaurants were closed. Stayed in the tower the first 3 nights which was great and then moved to a villa where the ac did not get colder than 28 Celsius. We had to move rooms to finally get cold ac after two nights of sweating

The hospitality at this place was amazing. Room service 24/7. We had access to the beach with lifeguards. lots of eating and drinking. I enjoyed the food, the espresso cafe and alcoholic drinks. I wasn't Michelin star food but it matched or exceeded the price. I didn't like how the room looked when it was bright outside, it was kind of a 90's vibe. However the afternoons at the hotel were nice, more like a 2020's vibe. The hotel overall feels better in the evening hours. It may have been that the sun was way too strong and my room was facing it in the mornings. I also didn't like that the AC thermostat didn't adjust the temperature in the room, I feel like we could have been a little cooler/comfortable.

I loved the way you can walk right out of your room to the most beautiful beach in the world . I have a bad hip and replaced ankle,so walking on beautiful stone walk way was very difficult for me.
-
The location They didn’t had 2 of the restaurants open. Chinese and Mexican and the food is really boring
-
The property is well organized. There are areas that are family friendly- the main pool, snack shop, ice cream shop, buffet restaurant- and areas without children. The villas are quiet, and large. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of pillows and the bathroom is spacious and functional. It is close to time for a refresh and they have started that

The staff Check in took forever for no reason had to wait over an hour and only 3 people were in front on us. Food only one restaurant was open and the buffet. The main bar was closed and absolutely no entertainment none. The air didn’t work in our room and had to complain 3 times and my daughter has back issues the beds were so hard her back hurt so bad she could not move for most of the trip. I asked for another room with better beds and they said they were full and provided a mattress pad. The staff was the only thing that was great. I will not stay at this resort again.
