Everything was very accessible and it wasn’t an overwhelmingly oversized property. Very clean and very user friendly. Needs better air conditioning in the bar and lobby area or more fans to move air with the high humidity.

Please make sure and confirm what you pay & book and get ready to be upset as though i booked for Ocean View room, from my room i was not able to see ocean unless i go to balcony and stand which is not meant to be you stand outside and look for ocean. I didn't have energy also to talk about this as the front reception person was rude while check in. So i gave up......next time will think even for hotel booking and also booking.com site to book anything in future.

Clean, beautiful, good food Every thing was perfect

The beach was the highlight of our stay. It was beautiful clean and never felt overcrowded. The ocean was amazing and the rooms had great air conditioning. The staff we interacted with were friendly. The food was disappointing and could definitely be improved. The restaurants were very hot because the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough which made it uncomfortable to enjoy our meals. There is only one main pool for the entire resort so it gets very crowded and the water was very warm. Check-out was also poorly managed. There was only one employee working the front desk at noon which created a very long line. The hotel should have more staff available during busy check-out times or offer mobile or in-room check-out to make the process faster.

No air condition on the lobby

Clean Food is ok Lobby is so hot Italian restaurant to avoid. It’s very very busy and staff is very rude! Beach is very bad. A lot of algae and it’s always windy! Everything is in extra even thought we had all inclusive stay!

We really liked the room, it was ocean-front and exactly as portrayed in the images on the web. There were plenty of food and drink options. Their drinks were great, and so many restaurant choices just made the experience even sweeter. The beach was really nice and expansive, and the overall the vibe was really amazing. We liked all the services. They had some shows at night in their ball room that we really enjoyed, and live music in the lobby bar. They also had photo booth services, which we didn't avail but sounded cool, although too expensive. They also had Help Concierge in a room opposite Photo Booth that helped with telephoning local in Mexico and in general, which we really admired. The entrace, the lobby, everything was really pretty! Loved the Jerk chicken stall they had near the pool. Also Cravings - their sweet shop included in all-inclusive - totally loved it! The vibe near the pool was so awesome you would never want to leave, and at the same time the room was also amazing to spend time in because it was so big with a huge balcony. The whole resort was huge and didn't seem like a hotel but actually like a resort; they didn't try to do too much in little space; the resort was built generously; the hallways, the rooms, the lobby, everything is expansive. We absolutely loved the whole experience and would love to do it again! After check-in, a staff member briefly introduced the resort before trying to sell us a vacation package. He offered a heavily discounted future stay and invited us to a breakfast presentation at Hyatt Ziva, claiming we would receive a certificate and learn about exclusive travel discounts. It was clear from the start that this was a sales pitch. When we declined because we wanted to spend the morning at the beach and asked if we could attend later, we were told the offer was only available during breakfast and only that day. We ultimately chose not to go, which I'm very glad about. Afterward, I researched about this and found many reviews describing aggressive, high-pressure sales tactics for their "Unlimited Vacation Club" that they were apparently offering, and that their sales-pitch included lengthy presentations and they don't take no easily. What made this experience worse was that multiple staff members kept approaching us in the lobby, telling us their colleague was looking for us and offering incentives such as a $200 credit for the spa or excursions if we attended. Every time they said "no pressure," but it felt anything but that. This was a tad frustrating. I still don't know how these other staff members recognized our faces! As someone who has always viewed Hyatt as a respected hospitality brand, it was disappointing to see these kinds of sales tactics associated with the resort. If you can avoid/dodge these people and say no to them, you will have a fantastic time, the way we did!

It looks really different from the pictures and the food was terrible especially the Asian restaurant was nasty

Clean and great beach Loved it all
-
Beach, close proximity to the beach Night entertainment wasn’t much interesting
-
Loved the staff services, politeness and promptness. All inclusive option All inclusive option is for 5 restaurants.and not all are great. And not all are open for lunch or breakfast. Also we didn't get Ocean view even when we chose it ..they said ocean front is the option we needed to have chosen and not Ocean view !!!!!!

The food options are great and everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love the candy shop. Also the coffee shop the drinks by the pool during the day are so delicious. The property is very well maintained clean all around. I love that they came by the room every day and organized everything and did the beds every day.

Clean and close to La Isla Azul’s food quality (not equivalent to other restaurants)
-
Food, beaches, staff
-
In our groups opinion, the food from the buffet restaurants were way better than the specialty (e.g.Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican) restaurants that opened up for dinner time
-
The waterslides on kids park were mostly closed and when opened had freezing water. Unfortunately we were not able to use them in any of the 6 days of our stay
-
I don’t like anything. Small pool , old building and horrible service .
-
Old and small You can not even order food by the pool , you need to stand up and order from the taco cart and eat standing up as well . Even if you get a cabana you are not allowed to order food . I am terrified, I’ve never seen this in any hotel .
-
No hot tubs.

The beach, Restaurant and staff are perfect.
