Hotel NYX Cancun All Inclusive

Our room was huge! All the stuff was awesome and helpful. I liked that it’s a smaller not crowded place. Visited in July. The hotel itself is very beautiful. The only thing, our windows overlooked the bay(not the ocean) and the road below gets noisy due to motorcyclist. I think if our windows looked elsewhere it would be perfect.

Food and cleanliness. It would be nice if there is a complimentary ride to and from the airport for tourist.

Beautiful ocean and pool front view The restaurants didn’t tell you about needing to make reservations 24 hours in advance. Need better food options in the buffet restaurants and lastly the resort needs more kid friendly areas such as kid only pools or splash pad etc

Breakfast was basic, no complaints. The staff was great. Entertainment was excellent! Room was small, no window, second exit door not sure where it led to. Pool bar closed to early

The facilities were spotless, quiet, and in a great location. The all-inclusive options offered an impressive variety of food, and there was truly something for everyone. My room was perfect—clean, comfortable. One of the highlights of my trip was visiting the spa for the first time, and it did not disappoint. The experience was relaxing, professional, and exceeded my expectations. What stood out most, however, was the staff. Every team member I encountered was welcoming, friendly. I felt completely comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay. The warmth and hospitality made all the difference. Thank you for such a memorable experience! Only 1 pool at this time; looking forward to you adding another soon.

Located on the beach, great food in all-inclusive package and shopping within walking distance of hotel. Noise level in hotel can be a little bothersome at times but not unbearable.

Modern European style design. Very clean. Comfortable padded pool chairs. We were upgraded to a balcony suite upon check in which was huge and beautiful. Stunning views. Aircon worked great in the room. Beds were very comfortable. Hot water and pressure great. The front desk and bell hop were very helpful to our family. We ate at the buffet and pool side restaurant. Both had excellent all inclusive food options that were delicious. I loved my stay here. Can highly recommend. If I had to be picky, the white wine and brut on the AI menu were not good at all. However, the red wine was decent.

Buffet was excellent Multiple stairs, no elevator Rooms are dated Dinner buffet at 950 peso was not worth it. It was a rip off during my stay.

Front staff Elizabeth was amazing and offered an upgrade that was very nice Called out on the dress code after seeing other people abusing it during dinner . No t shirts or flip flops for guys .

Worst Value for Money I've ever booked. Super expensive for what you get. Room Mediocre, pool with absolutely no chairs or places to sit after 8am, also small.

ALL-INCLUSIVE Between our all-inclusive meals (breakfast, lunch, snacks beverages, and dinner), hotel design, decor, and layout, tranquil view of the beach, complimentary room beverages (2 waters, 2 coke products, and 2 beer can products - offered daily), the excellent service (shout out to Raphael, Eduardo, and Freddie), and the amenities (i.e. pool, Jacuzzi, pool table, gym, ping pong table, Cornhole, and spa to name a few) this hotel had everything we needed for a 3-day stay. ACCOMMODATIONS We appreciated the hotel's ability to store our luggage before we checked-in at 3 p.m. as well as after we checked-out. This provided great relief. We were able to enjoy the hotel amenities (including food) up until 5 p.m. following the 12 p.m. checkout! This allowed us plenty of time to coordinate transportation, fill our tummies, and enjoy the beach on our last day. ROOM We thoroughly enjoyed the placement of our hotel room (shoutout to Estella). Not only were we pool/beach side, we were booked on the top floor. The view was amazing! The room's location was perfect for walking to the pool, beach, Jacuzzi, restaurants, and lobby. We appreciated the spacious room, bathroom, and balcony as well as the privacy that the room provided in proximity to other hotel guests. The room was pretty isolated from sound, which we appreciated. For a couple of days we didn't realize people were staying beside us. FOOD & BEVERAGES The food was plentiful and fresh, the juices were delicious, all of the beverages (alcohol/non-alcoholic) were made to order, and there was a variety of menu options for every guest. Breakfast meals were the same, which we didn't mind. The buffet offers fruit, pastries, oatmeal, pancakes/waffles, custom omelette, eggs (fried or scrambled), meat (bacon, chicken, sausage) etc. Lunch/snacks were typically served by the poolside restaurant, while there were 3 options for dinner (Asian, Buffet, or Italian). INTERNET The Wifi connection could be improved. In addition all television channels that we could find were in Spanish. STAFF Based on who we encountered there were policy inconsistencies that created inconveniences related to navigating the beach towels and restaurant reservations and dress code, but nothing too major that it negatively impacted our overall experience. We would return and recommend to others (adults and families alike).

I like staying in smaller hotels where you don’t have to take elevators every time you go to your room. Facilities are right there, hot tub just around the corner, poll bar beach, restaurants are great; Japanese restaurant is amazing with good service, they would pour you wine right after your finish your glass. The Italian restaurant food is delicious, nice life music. Good service and friendly staff. They didn’t have hair conditioner, so if you’re planning on staying bring your own. Also beach towels only once per day, mine got wet after couple hours went to exchange they didn’t let me, I dk why
