On the beach Checking in was chaos it took in hour to just get to our room and that was after the check in time 3. We got to the room and the floor was sandy and some wet spots. I booked two beds but wasn’t told it was based off availability and ended up with one king bed. The food was so bland and not enjoyable. The drinks were great but skimped on the alcohol. The staff was friendly and fun.

We did not have internet during our stay. People on the front desk were kinda rude when asking them for the internet service and also, our room was not ready until 4pm
-
The pool was right in front of our room

Excellent and friendly staff

That it is small not over crowded The lobby has enough perfume to kill you. I guess they haven’t heard of fragrance free, I couldn’t breath and gives me a severe headache. Not sure what you are trying to hide using such amount……. Food choices very limited, 1 sit down dining room and then the buffet.

Food was good but not enough variety. The pools were cold!

Need more beach beds and better internet. Rooms and other areas of hotel didn’t always have a good connection.

Very good location, nice and clean property! Friendly personal. Very cold in restaurants. Too much personal in hotel during the day , they always in elevators, on stairs, etc. I would like to see them less during the day.

The room was not awesome; there was only 1 outlet to plug in devices. There was a clock on the nightstand, but you could not plug it in because the only plug available was on the opposite wall by the TV. I asked the front desk for an extension coed to plug in my CPAP machine, they said "OK and they would send it up to me right away, it never came." It rained and water came into the room from the patio; it came in 2 meters. We told the front desk, they said they would take care of it, an hour later they had not taken care of it. I had to show a maintenance guy the problem; they got on the radio and then got right to squidging and got the water out. Again, the front desk was useless, they couldn't take care of anything. The mattresses were mid-range, nothing special. The AC was set to its coldest, but just barely kept the room cool, I bought a fan from Walmart and the doorman laughed when I carried it in. I think the bed sheets were made of polyester because at nigh I would freeze and sweat at the same time. The internet, I could never get my iPad to connect, my phone would only connect sometimes, and the TV lagged a lot. If I could compare the room, I would say it is like staying at a Motel 6. Also, one of the elevators seem to breakdown a lot.

The swimming pools, the beachfront location, and the buffet. What I liked the least is a fee they charge upon arrival at the hotel. First, because they don’t tell you about it when you make the reservation, and second, because when you arrive you can only pay it with a card, not cash. Another thing is that even though the reservation says it includes airport taxi service, if you arrive by land at the ADO bus station, they won’t pick you up—you have to get there on your own. And when it’s time to leave, the hotel charges 650 pesos to arrange a taxi to downtown Cancun and drop you off at the ADO station, but if you go outside to the taxi stand, they’ll take you for 350 pesos. It gives the impression they want to overcharge you by 300 pesos

Simple. Nice area of beach in front of hotel. Clean rooms. Some of the staff were nice. Food was basic. No mexican food/tacos. Needed more seafood. WiFi didn’t work most of the time. Some of the staff were not friendly and barely attentive. I only tipped the good staff.

This hotel is amazing. I was traveling with my 11-year old autistic son and we had a blast. It's very family friendly. Food was wonderful. Staff was super friendly too. Our bedroom had a stunning ocean view. I absolutely loved their hours of operation for breakfast (until 11:30 am), lunch (until 5:30 pm), and dinner (until 11:30 pm), so this is the all-inclusive I'm talking about. We could wake up late, still have great breakfast, eat in the middle of the afternoon, and have dinner after 8 pm. We only ate at the La Fuente restaurant next to the reception. I also used their room service to order snacks and it was great too. Their snack bars are awesome and drinks are great. They try to make whatever drink you ask. The beach was great too. Super clean sand, warm water (even for December), and beautiful view. We also had a chance to walk around to other attractions. Great location! This was my third time in Cancun and now this is my favorite hotel!!! This place would be perfect if at least the pool in the beachfront was heated. I traveled in December when is not super hot there, so the water in the pool was cold. Still okay around noon and early afternoon.

The beach was excellent. Very clean and nice. The massages were fantastic. The ladies were great. There were a handful of pleasant staff who seemed to care. Where do I start. When we first arrived, we were greeted by a salesperson wanting us to sign up for their Vacation Club. We weren’t even checked in yet. They pretended to show us the food locations in order to get us to sign up for their presentation. We had to insist on leaving because we were hungry. The WiFi is non existent unless you are on top of the lobby. And they were no help in trying to get it working. The property is old and run down. They try to “show” it isn’t with the lobby area but our room was dirty, had so many issues (shower didn’t work [water came out of the spout and flooded the bathroom], no hot water when we arrived, cracked mirror, safe didn’t work, fridge wasn’t stocked and actually had a 1/2 used Sprite sitting in it.) It was clear the room had not been cleaned. Sheets were dingy and scratchy. Sliding door didn’t lock and had to be “rigged” to lock. There was some kind of dirt on the inside of the closet door that got our clothes all dirty. We booked and paid for an ocean front room. They gave us a partial view. And when I asked to be moved, due to all the issues, they gave some excuse about having to wait til tomorrow. We would have to “check out” at 10, hang around with our luggage, and then maybe move to a new room after 3 pm. It was clear that they treated their guest who booked online and were from the US differently. The food was meh. Their dining rooms are small and not to size for the amount of guest they have. There is a wait, unless you go off peak hours. Like at 3 pm in the afternoon for lunch. Sometimes the wait staff would wait on you and sometimes they would only accommodate those that spoke Spanish. There wasn’t a good variety of food. Things weren’t refilled (it’s a buffet). The pool side food could only accommodate 8 parties at a time in small booths. We were never able to get anything quick. They didn’t have snacks or a quick self serve area just to grab and go. Everything was a long wait.
