The food was good and the rooms were clean. Room service was fenomenal and easy to order. I didn’t like the pool area it was pretty small. The rooftop pool had less people and was my favorite place to hang out. The restaurants were close to impossible to get a reservation.

The beaches were lovely and the water is devine to swim in. The kids club was great for our children to do arts and crafts activities. A lot of guests were drunk and there was inappropriate behaviour going on at night which is very off-putting. Room was dated.

Needs TLC, elevators always had issues, a/c was iffy, water smelled really weird from shower + we filled the hot tub and the water was really dirty with a weird green tint. I also got food poisoning and had to have a Dr come to the hotel.

The Beach location they have is pretty nice, clean and water color amazing. Food also was very good, the whole day. Would be nice that the personnel has a better service training. Coordination and communication are not the strong suit. We had few experiences at different occassions where they were not so prepare/ didnt know properly about the tours they have, etc. I ordered flowers, cakes and a payed champagne but all where really bad organize, even after 3days of texting with them.The app they use to "reserve amenities" doesnt work propeerly, you have to do the things twice, one in the app and again with an agent.

- great beach (without algae) - really great food both at buffet, and a la carte restaurants. The desserts are visually and tastefully amazing !
