Some small details in the room needed attention.

The hotel was completing 40 years during our stay, so it seems that the age itself started to charge its price (some items in the room seemed to have a weak and bad maintenance, only one elevator was working what led us to use the stairs in most of the times, dirty caused by other guests was easily found laying around on the floor).

Location They charged for watching the Mexico match in the lobby. You pay for what you drink and eat while the game was on other than that it’s included. Very wrong to do

The view of the ocean and easy access to the beach

The staff Elevator not working for two weeks and nobody seems to care. I heard one employee saying that this is not a 5 star hotel and we had to accept.

Clean and nice. I booked a King size bed room, when checking in was told it was not available even though I paid extra for it. We resorted to sleeping in two individual beds for our honey moon.

It is close to Expo, bars and restaurants The room was different from what I reserved and awful view

Neighboring rooms had service and the plates and cups were on the side of the hallways for the majority part of the day. Someone of them had a couple flies, not a big deal. We understand it happens but other people may be a bit more picky.

The all inclusive was poorest. I paid 900 for cheap food and cheap drinks. Not worth it

We had a great experience staying at this property. Everything was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. The staff was always friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Aurora Ramos for her amazing attention and support throughout our stay. She was always attentive, kind, and willing to help with anything we needed, including our reservations. Her professionalism and customer service truly made a difference in our experience. We also want to mention Dulce, our server at the beach, who was incredible the entire time. She always made sure my tumbler was refilled and that we always had drinks without even having to ask. Her attentiveness and positive attitude made our beach days even better. We truly appreciated everyone’s hospitality and would definitely stay here again!

The person who assisted us was not friendly; I had paid for a King room, but he gave us a queen instead. We were very tired from our trip, so we had no choice but to take the room. I didn't realize the mistake until we actually got to the room.

Location , beach and breakfast option.

Location was ideal to be steps away from downtown area for entertainment. Staff was not friendly and there was constant excuses for what had been offered. All bars closed at 10:30pm when they said 11pm which is early for an all inclusive.
