The location is great, it is an all inclusive, so they do cover that part well. It is right next to a nice beach and walking distance to cocobongo. While the food not being awesome, there is a good variety. The e-concierge was very responsive and helpful! Anything that you need staff for. They are very VERY slow to do anything. Plain water is hard to access. And the worst thing was the elevator, which was the slowest I have ever seen in my life, and even worse with the heat.

Bed was hard, a/c barely worked so was hot in the room No ac throughout the lobby. Hot as heck Elevators very slow. Food wasn't great but edible an drinks were weak

All inclusive is worth the price Check out. And when I wanted to bring someone to my room that I was visiting I had to get them a wrist band .
-
The property was clean and had several dining options. One of the elevators was out, and there were some construction noises.
-
Great location near all the night life and the restaurants inside the resort were delicious The room could have been a little cleaner but nothing major. The elevators were constantly not working and take a long time to get pick you up

Nothing Old, may things broken, rude staff
-
The room was poorly furnished. Only warm, not hot, water in a shower.
-
Location and The fridge in the room was filled with cheap and basic drinks and the tray was only half filled

The location and the beach only This was my second time there. First time was ok but this second time was awful, got severe food poisoning and the hot tub took forever to fill. This time I had the Altitude master suite and the only reason why I reserved that room was because of the hot tub, but it looked old, stained and it took about two full hours to fill up. I reported it, they came and changed the filter and cleaned it but unfortunately that didn’t help much. I got a really bad food poisoning from the hotel for eating their raw fish ceviche, I had to go to the doctor in the middle of the night, didn’t go out of my room in two days, I was feeling so bad. I told the concierge Mariana that I had a severe food poisoning and that I had to go to the hospital and they said I had a bacteria in my blood because of poor refrigeration of the fish they served me, and Mariana could care less, she didn’t even pay attention to me when I was telling her all this. She got a phone call while I and was taking to her and started to talk over me without excusing herself, that was completely rude and unprofessional, I feel really offended by that. She didn’t offer assistance or even concerned about me , she said I’ll look for some to talk to you and assist you and she Never did. After a couple days when I checked out there was a different concierge that told me that they had a doctor or a nurse on call for guest, which I was never told of by Mariana. The rest of the staff waiters, and servers were really good but is so disappointing having a concierge like Mariana that doesn’t fit in a team of caring and professional staff, she makes the hotel Look bad, if she could have been more professional, helpful, caring and understanding but she was not, Mariana was all the opposite to a good concierge.

The long waiting lines for restaurants. The faulty lifts that are very slow. The food was not delicious and its not worth the all inclusive price tag. The bathroom was very smelly.

The room service and the food

The views This trip, intended as a celebratory Mother's Day getaway for my daughter and me, fell drastically short of expectations and resulted in a deeply distressing experience. Several significant issues marred our stay. Firstly, the room assignments were consistently problematic. We were repeatedly given keys to occupied rooms, creating a disturbing and unsettling situation. Furthermore, despite requesting two full beds, we were provided with only one king-size bed, unsuitable for two adults. Our luggage was also delayed by over a day, adding to the overall inconvenience. The service we received was far below the standard we anticipated from an all-inclusive resort. We lacked access to concierge services throughout our stay, leaving us feeling unsupported and without guidance. The lack of assistance was particularly concerning given the other issues we encountered. We also experienced discriminatory treatment, noticing a significant difference in the level of service provided to guests of differing origins. Beyond the logistical issues, the quality of the accommodation and amenities was also subpar. The food was consistently bland and lacked freshness, raising concerns about food safety. Furthermore, the television in our room repeatedly defaulted to Spanish-language programming, despite our requests for English. Even simple amenities, such as a purse hanger, were absent. The cumulative effect of these issues resulted in a deeply unsettling and frankly terrifying experience. We did not feel safe, comfortable, or well-cared for during our stay.

Our stay in Cancun was nothing short of exceptional, and I am pleased to say that this trip exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel features a wide range of outstanding amenities, including 16 hours of entertainment daily, which is comparable to the vibrant atmosphere of Las Vegas. One suggestion I would make is for the hotel to diversify its dining options by incorporating more traditional Mexican cuisine, rather than focusing primarily on Asian and American dishes. As someone who was looking forward to savoring authentic Mexican fare like tacos, burritos, and quesadillas, I found the food to be satisfactory, but with room for improvement, particularly with regards to the pizza served at the Italian restaurant. If this is indeed representative of authentic Italian cuisine, I may think twice about visiting Italy in the future. At the pool bar they were taking used plastic cups and putting them under the water in the sink and reusing them. Also at check in the guy was trying to give a free breakfast in altitude tower. But it was a sales presentation they didn’t disclose it. It was on the back of a paper he gave us. The guy was so fake nice and wanted our passports and 20.00 for this fake free breakfast in altitude. We said absolutely not. We are not giving anyone that.

The beach, location, the view from my room. The food is really bad at the buffet, the drinks are below average, very few choices on drinks and food. Long wait for a table at meats restaurant.
-
The smell of my room. And the shower didn't drain so I was taking showers in a pool of soapy water
-
Access to the beach and clean Customer service excel for Janer the concierge, he was really helpful and nice. He was the only one
-
The staff were super helpful, very knowledgeable. The food was tasteless and the room service is not included in all inclusive.
-
Wifi is TERRIBLE. They kept painting and we had to move rooms twice due to the toxic smell. Room AC was below par.

Good Not good food choices

Location of course and facilities in hotel so I no need to go even out lovely to stay and just relax Some reception stuff doesn’t really help with problems like where I can take some stuff where I can eat except main bar if from of them and just main all inclusive restaurant. Sad that if you in beach side and asking for just beer you will wait for while. They literally can give you signal to give me tips without having any nice service
