I loved my stay at this hotel. Great location, very clean, and excellent service. Anytime I called for something, it was delivered quickly. The gym was also great and I enjoyed working out there. The breakfast was very good with a nice variety of food. All the staff were very helpful, and many of them speak English and always try their best to assist you. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience ?✨

It’s in the hotel zone with is good It was dirty, we asked to move rooms cause the shower wasn’t clean and in the other room we had hairs on the mattress. They came to change the sheets but we also saw a pile of someone else’s hairs on the carpet. We stayed there for one night, if we had a reservation for longer we would have left the hotel. The guy is the reception asked when we told him about the issue with the cleaning of the room he said ‘it’s dirty or is it old?’ I don’t know I had higher expectations from a Marriot hotel

Comfortable hotel and easy access to all the happening places in Cancun. Staff was polite and helpful. Did not have good food options in the facility. One has to walk down the street to access food options.

The staff had the reservation wrong we had to wait for a long time for the room. They hold $100 usd On the checkout when you leave they return it but they do take a long time to "check" your room. Breakfast is included but below average

The hotel is right in the center of the hotel zone, very close to the beach, many restaurants, and multiple grocery stores. The room we stayed in was very big and bright. It also had everything we needed for the 5 night stay. The hotel seems to be freshly renovated as well which makes it looks really nice. Open bar was decent. Extremely nice staff during breakfast and at the bar. Recommend if you want to be close to the parties. Breakfast was very limited and the same every single day which during a longer stay gets extremely repetitive. The dining room was also very small and everyone was ”fighting” to get a table most days. Only one bartender at the bar so usually you had to wait a really long time to receive one, small drink. The cleaning services during the stay were not the best and very surface level. We didn’t even receive the same amount of towels after the room has been cleaned and also the shower gel was not refilled, we had to ask multiple times which made it very difficult for us. Horrible shower, it was clogging and had almost no water pressure.

Breakfast for vegetarians was limited as most of the time the scrambled eggs had ham cooked in with it.

Bathroom door doesn't have a lock

Location was walkable. Actually booked above other for complementary drinks. This is not not true, they have set hours during the day. We arrived 22h00 had to pay and left early so we didn’t have drinks. Rooms need maintenance. Rooftop has potential but un maintained and boring.

Nothing The fact that the staff allowed someone to steal my things when I called them for help. The men at the front desk are rude, especially Manuel. They ruined my 40th birthday.

The property was in a great location to everything!! The rooftop was great for sitting out and enjoying g friends and meeting new people. Mario (we called him Mr. Aloft) made sure that we had everything we needed. He helped us every way possible. There was nothing that I didn’t like.

Walkable to beach just a few blocks away. Convenient to walk downtown near CocoBongo. Very clean and comfortable beds. Nice pool on rooftop Free drinks during happy hour No balcony No entertainment A cafe or restaurant on site would have been great

The breakfast (and its staff) was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The location was very good. The room was advertised has having “ocean view”, but the “view” was sideways and could be seen only when standing in front of the window, but what was directly visible was a huge pile of garbage behind another hotel across the street. The room was also advertised has coming with an “open bar”, but that did not include beers (although the selection of cocktails available was fine and the drinks were made strong). The AC could not be controlled, the room was like a freezer the whole time. Reception staff were clueless

Long time to wait for the rooms, we got it 45 min delay and they didn't agree i will make checkout 45 min later! Pool is a joke in the roof and also the open bar they provide you. They don't have private access to the beach.

Staff was super nice and helpful. My husband loved the unlimited Diet Coke. The AC in the room was controlled by facility. You had to either turn off or on the AC, which made our room a little uncomfortable. We also had difficulty watching tv in English. It took a long time and multiple attempts from different people; however, we were finally able to get a couple of channels in English.
