La Palma Beachfront Hotel Boutique

I stayed in the suite beach front room so it was a nice room layout. Very close to the ferry so its nice to go to isla mujeres and come back. Wifi was not good. It was down for half the day. AC is not powerful to keep the entire suite cold just one section where the bed is. Lost power for 3 hrs one day.

Great location, near Coco Bango, Sr Frogs and the ferry to Isla de las Mujeres. Also very close to a big supermarket, restaurants, starbucks and etc. Very good price considering the location There’s no acoustic isolation in the room and the hotel is inside a very loud restaurant, so expect to hear music all the time. Also, there’s no fridge in the room

No hot water

The room was almost too spacious. The light switch is 20 feet away from the bed.

EXCELLENT LOCATION,........ RIGHT ON THE BEACH WITH A VERY GOOD RESTAURANT AND A CHEDRAUI SUPER STORE RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET ASIDE FROM OTHER THINGS.

How close it was to the beach. I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were given our room keys—my parents and husband were assigned two bedrooms upstairs, while my sister was given a room downstairs. When I saw her room, the bed was extremely small. I politely asked if it would be possible to move her upstairs since there were empty rooms available with larger beds, but the request was denied. When my parents entered their room, there was no soap to wash hands, no shampoo, and no body wash provided. The rooms also had an unpleasant smell, and overall they did not look like the photos advertised online. Everything felt very old and poorly maintained. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, which made it hard to rest. In my room, the shower water pressure was very high and the way the water came out caused it to splash all over the sink area instead of flowing properly. I chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, so this experience was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Great location, amazing view, and for a good value.

The pictures is not from the hotel it is from the beach and the restaurant which is not belong to the hotel. This is is a small building. Not worth your money. Also we found mold on the building

The hotel is well located The facilities are old and not well conserved. The photos do not show the reality. The pool deck is dangerous to use, once you must walk around the pool to arrive there. The hotel does not have a private beach

It was everything a person could need with easy access to the beach and ocean. I felt safe and the staff was very friendly and spoke good English which made it so easy with my limited Spanish. There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. All around a great stay.

I loved that’s their was security outside that looked out for us girls when we were outside late at night in the beach. I will definitely come back cause I felt safe . It didn’t have a private freege in the room

1. Location was excellent - in the middle of the hotel zone and beach right in front 2. Room was fairly good. Bathroom was spacious and clean. 1. A group of us booked 4 rooms 2 months in advance - one of us got an email 1 week before traveling to say the room he booked was now unavailable due to construction and the hotel was full so he would be refunded! First time I have heard of this happening. He had to book somewhere else nearby at a much higher cost, and was separate from us. 2. The hotel did not tell us about the construction that was going on, and the hotel should not be operating at this time. If we knew, we would not have booked there. When we arrived, the main entrance was covered in paint and concrete and was blocked by a ladder. We had to ask the restaurant next door to help us talk to them so we could walk in. The entrance and the stairs were covered in cement dust. Workers were in and out of the hallway. There was a lot of noise from the work. This really reduced the experience for us. 3. Even on the lowest temperature, Air conditioning was a bit warm.

They booked my dad's room knowing they were starting construction..no Internet..showerhead needs to be replaced..they need to offer utensils in the Suite room

Flexibility in our travel issues

The drawers and shelves could have been a bit cleaner. Internet was very sporatic.

Good location Toilet flush stopped working for more than 24 hours, it was a disaster. Service was slow and they didn't care much despite our constant messages as we couldn't use a toilet for very long time.
