Hotel Riu Cancun - Adults Only - All Inclusive

My room. The AC was inconsistent. Maintenance came and I still was not comfortable after he “fixed” it. It lowered the experience for me

The location was near everything I wanted to explore so that was convenient Food and pool hours

Beach was nice and location was beautiful. Pool staff was cheerful and nice. Bar staff was amazing!! Got a JR suite. Facilities where Mid, floors slippery, room needed an upgrade, waited for room beer to be refilled and it never came, fights broke out at sports bar where i found myself getting security to help as their was only one staff member for more than 50 drinkers (mostly 18-22 yo) and walkies did not work for him. ALSO FYI if you book through booking or third party they DO NOT offer shuttle transportation from airport to hotel.

Pool, location in the hotel zone and the food was better than expected. I slipped and fell in our bathroom because of the shower and lack of towels. My wife went down to get a first aid kit. You Didnt have a first aid kit it wasn’t until 6 hours later that your staff checked in on me.

Not much. The location was good close to the main area downtown. Food wasnt good. Some of the meat options tasted like soy and the room wasnt very clean. Elevators were hot and the energy of the resort didnt give the typical vibe most ribs have.

The food was awesome!! Lots of younger adults who are ready to party but that’s just a personal opinion. We came for a 40th birthday party and that’s where the birthday girl wanted to go.

Staff, location, facility, activities. Food selection Eeh and bland taste. No microwave if you hungry later cannot save. Shower water does not drain, fills up while you shower and drains later slowly. They don't change beddings and clean the rooms well, dusty and also the rooms and beddings smelt moldy. I believe there was a misunderstandind or discrepancy with my payment I'll follow up with edreams.

The food was excellent, with a great variety of dining options. The entertainment was fun, and there were plenty of activities throughout the day. The staff, especially in the restaurants and bars, were outstanding, friendly, and attentive. stayed in a King Suite, which I was told was one of the highest room categories. Unfortunately, the room did not feel very clean. There were items left behind by previous guests, which made me question the housekeeping standards. The room cleanliness was disappointing compared to the rest of the resort

Facility, lots to do in and close by of the facility. Food options were decent. The rooms and corridors need to be upgraded. The rooms were too basic and outdated, and the shower sometimes ran out of water

Everything was good Food… to being in Mexico there’s no mexican food

Just about everything. Cheap wine. At an all-inclusive property, I would expect at the very least least to have medium priced wines and a bigger variety. This place had below average wine and only a couple of choices. We actually went to a store off property to buy a decent wine.
