The restaurants and the people serving the restaurants are excellent. They’re right on point with anything you need at all times. they are renovating the hotel on April 6. They started shutting down a couple of restaurants and shops a couple days before.

Everything is bad with them bad service! The rooms smells so bad!

The beach is nice. The hotel will be closing for renovations immediately after our check-out, which likely explains why we were unable to fully enjoy the facilities during our stay. For example, there are supposed to be seven restaurants available, but most of them were closed while we were there. As a result, I don’t believe we received the level of service or value that we paid for.

Clean everywhere! The staff are excellent! The elevator situation is horrible. 6 elevators -2 built off, 2 only work from lobby with an employee. Can’t get in going down. The other two worked for a while but one stopped. So 1 elevator for 1400 people is ridiculous. We should get a refund for a ruined vacation.

The staff were great and friendly with my child. Cleaning was great they cleaned our room twice in a day. The food was amazing. The restaurant amazing. One out of 2 elevators was not working. (For one day only)

Located along the hotel zone, this property offers the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. Despite being close to all the action, it remains quiet, peaceful, and feels very safe throughout the stay. The atmosphere is relaxing and ideal for unwinding. There are also well-organized resort activities scheduled daily, giving guests plenty of options to stay entertained without ever feeling crowded or overwhelming. Overall, it’s a wonderful place for both relaxation and enjoyment. The tours are a little pricier than other private tours.

Clean, fun & beautiful! Beds were hard. No windows in the hallways so it was super stuffy.

The hotel has a beautiful beachfront location with stunning ocean views and a lively atmosphere. Service was friendly and efficient, and the all-inclusive offering provided good variety throughout the stay. The resort feels more tailored toward adults and a party-style atmosphere, which may not be ideal for families seeking a quieter or more kid-focused experience. Some areas can get busy and noisy, especially during peak times.

The Drink we’re good . The Elevator took forever. Old floors. The beds were not comfortable. They did not provide me with the room i booked.

I didn’t like anything about the property. Yes I he did everything about this property. It was a baiting switch. I paid half down before I came down for the vacation and only expecting to pay 4500 bucks for the rest and instead of costing me another $4000 and then they tried to tell me they gave me a junior suite when in fact it was just a regular room and to upgrade to a suite at that point cost me another $4000 there was jackhammering in the morning that started at seven couldn’t hardly sleep. The elevators were so small that they couldn’t accommodate anything more than seven people with luggage this was the worst expert in my entire life.

Drinks and staff Rooms are horrible and they have roaches

Great location they take great care of you No transportation to the airport, you have to use taxi or Uber. Booking.com is our fault for that because they don’t let you know that.

The pool. Everything was broken. So many issues with our room that needed to be fixed (lightbulbs needed to be replaced, tv remote broken, tv skipping every 10 seconds, all channels in spanish except news, tub drain didn’t work properly and no drinks in the room that were not carbonated, not to mention the shower door came crashing down on me due to wear and tear from the hinges. I got several abrasions and cuts on my hands and feet. The elevators make a strange sound like they are breaking every time you get to the lower level. The food was disgusting. If you are used to America food, do not come here.

Everything was perfect from check in to check out. Highly recommend

The outdoor facilities were lovely. The indoor lobby was ok, but the rooms were tired and the beds were uncomfortable

The staff was very friendly. It was extremely clean and great Bar pool was so dirty, and food wasnt that good
