Hotel Riu Palace Las Americas - Adults Only- All Inclusive

Everything was exceptional: the food was absolutely delicious, the hotel was spotless, and every detail exceeded our expectations. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer. A huge congratulations to the entire staff for providing such outstanding service. Everyone was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. The excursions were amazing, everything was perfectly organized, and the customer service was simply outstanding. I genuinely don’t have a single complaint about our stay. I will recommend this hotel with my eyes closed to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation. This was my first time visiting Mexico, and I completely fell in love with it. The entire experience was beyond amazing, and I can’t wait to come back. I’ll definitely be returning very soon!

The staff was very attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed. Not enough bathroom near the pool area, especially near the smaller pool.

The property was just spectacular I didn’t like the king size beds that were two full-size beds put together

My family had a fabulous time. We’re coming back in a month.

The location. was perfect. The staff was very professional and on point. Whenever you needed something. The staff always goes above and beyond to make it happen. It could be helping book an excursions or just something as small as bringing an extra bottle of water to your room. Always service with a smile. Great place to vacation. Great job Riu. See you next year. The beach was over run with seaweed and watching the workers continuously try to pick it up by hand was heart felt. Maybe in the future Riu can invest in a heavy pice of machinery to combat the process. Never enjoyed the beach while at the Riu. But had an awesome time still. Thanks Riu..

Some staff was nice. Lady at check in was very very rude. We waited till 430 and only 1 room was ready 2nd room we did not get till after 5. Room 303 no ac refrigerator was warm no power I. Bathroom blow dryer didn't work toilet plug everyday.chair on balcony was broke the sliding door was broke. Every time we called about toilet we where told 20 minutes and 2 hours later they showed up. My reservation said 2 bedroom Jr suite with 2 king beds and pull out couch get there gave us 2 rooms so our group had to split up. No pull out couch so 3 of us slept in one bed.

Pool and location was nice. Staff was rude. Not very helpful. I lost my bag, they didnt even try to look for it 1st time stay... no one explained how things works. Room has mold smell.

Good location, Great beach Even though it was a five-star hotel, there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers in the rooms.

Breakfast was good. Big variety of food and juices! Find the spot at the beach was difficult some days.

The property is definitely showing some age, the room service is a joke, no food can be ordered at the pool or the beach, some of the restaurants are just ok.

The location was very nice. We were looking for a spot that wasn’t heavily influenced by the seaweed challenges seen this year in Cancun. It did not disappoint in this regard. Also, the staff was very nice. The cleanliness was amazing. Beautifully cared for property. The Don Roberto restaurant was very nice with its constantly changing menu and quality food. The Black and White restaurant was a disappointment. It did not live up to the hype with people waiting in line or for hours to get in. The steak was thin and impossible to cook to my preferred doneness. My wife’s seafood was overcooked and chewy. The staff offered to redo the meals, but I didn’t expect it would improve. So we left and had a second meal at Don Roberto. Also, the staff at this restaurant were some of the least friendly we encountered during our visit.
