I thought I would like based on price, but I would rather pay more and stay somewhere else This is NOT a hotel. This is an old 40 yr old mall with old offices or stores converted to hotel rooms, with no windows, a smell to the rooms, and no hot water.

missing microwave, kettle and refrigerator.

The location, we were stuck after the flash flood that closed the main road out of the Hotel Zone, we couldn't get an uber or taxi to take us back. We resorted to booking last minute rooms as we had young kids and we were on our feet the whole day. Good is the location which was within walking distance in the hotel zone. Nice staff at checkin. The rooms we got do reflect the photo we saw on the website, however, there's a lot of hard-water stains if you look closely in the shower. we were mislead by Booking.com's 6.5 rating and 3-star hotel rating. it was quite bad that we decided not to stay the night. The hot water didn't work even for leaving the tap on for 5-10 mins. weak water pressure on the 3rd floor. The whole place was literally an abandon strip mall/ medical office layout, great creativity to re-purpose the suites into hotel rooms, except the building itself was leaking and dark which feel like an abandon building and you are living in a shelter. Price is acceptable for the location but adding all those issues, really, not worth $250 for the night.

This place is beautiful and very unique! The room was larger than usual. One block from the beach. So much better than a typical hotel. Just needs a pool! One thing that can improve... the breakfast that we paid extra for when we booked the room was not much. It was toast, juice and coffee. We even waited to see if they were bringing out an egg or oatmeal.or something, but that was all. But still an amazing experience overall!

The on-line pictures in the booking system do not correspond to the real truth. The rooms were big, but they were very poorly decorated and the furniture looked like it came from the shops that were there before. In addition, many electrical cables were uncovered or dangled from the floor above. I personally changed two rooms because the door would not close, but many guests had the same problem. A colleague of mine had an entrance at night of a person who had the wrong room. No windows were present in my room and in those of other colleagues The hotel is an old shopping centre/mall and the rooms are converted from shops. It is like being in an aquarium The lobby/center hall of the hotel was without air-conditioning and there was furniture or old kitchens, and non-functioning escalators from the former shopping centre. The stairs were very dirty and the outside stairs were full of pigeon faeces. This hotel could participate in a TV contest entitled ' Living Nightmare Hotel'.

Did not like anything about this property. Everything. The room smelled, very outdated, a hole in the wall little hotel.

Nothing The staff were exceptionally rude when checking out and there is no windows in this hotel not worth the price!!

Clean, good location few minutes walk from the hotel zone and a big supermarket, friendly staff, spacious room and bathroom Well, it’s not per se a hotel, it was a shopping centre now renovated so it doesn’t give the Cancun hotel vibes, tacky decorations, very humid/warm in the building, maybe it’s worth spending a little bit more for something better

The place was an old, abandoned mall turned into a hotel every room was practically a store front at one time, they even recycled the brand advertising and decorated the room with Ralph Lauren Room the Gucci Room and so on, The restaurant was smack in the middle of your foyer so when you would exit be prepared to smell like tacos or trompo. No refrigerators in the room and definitely dont walk out at night because your are fearing for your safety. This was one of Booking.com back up accomodations that was given to us. NEVER AGAIN! ALso make sure you do not call bookingcom when you are there you will have outrageous long distance middle eastern charges on your cell phone. Please see above honestly it would probably save me the typng to claim what I did like. The sand across the street 600 feet away that was prohibited for us to walk through since we were assigned to this dump.

No wifi in my room.

1/10 the smell all over the accomodation wasawfull. Rooms has no windows be prepare for this. We even did not have warm water in our room so they moved us to much smaller room and without any compensation. Worst cancun experience so far. staff at the reception do not speak english very hard to communicate with them.
