The pool looks nice. The staff was friendly. I would absolutely never go back to this place again. Our room smelled so bad from the minute we got there to the min we left. The smell just never went away even though they brought something to neutralize the smell, it maybe worked for an hour or two at most. What a horrible experience, I barely got any sleep because of it. The room was also very run down, scuff marks on the wall and doors. The tub was also weirdly large and deep and hard to get in and out of. We also thought we were getting a seaview balcony but we ended up looking into the hotel next door! I could go on and on but in short, no thanks!

The beach and beach front restaurant was absolutely perfect.

Great location, it feels very private and the views are beautiful.

The only good thing about this property is the location to the main strip. Very old dated hotel, feels like is about to fall apart. Humid rooms with bad AC, paint is falling off from the walls. Rocky beach with horrible access to the water and not enough sun beds for everyone. Staff do not care about the guests, nobody to help with luggage and basic things we have requested way in the advance.

we got the 1 bedroom and it was about 700 sf. It was a nice size. kitchenette was nice, lobby was cool, pool was nice. Great proximity to the supermarket for food and booze. close to some cool restaurants. beach was not great but I think you can walk to a sandy beach (not sure if they were private or public though). Room was a little dated. Gym was sufficient but some of the equipment has seen better days.

The hotel has a great location with easy access to the beach, and the pool area is really nice. The ocean views are beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. However, the customer service was very disappointing. It felt like no one was willing to assist unless you were a member, which made the experience frustrating. Most of the activities and perks also seemed to be reserved only for members, leaving regular guests with limited options.

Grreat room recent remodel. Villa master suite, king. Large comfortable room. Staff were all very helpful. The bathroom design is great but, the stone floor is super slick, Actually fell and injured my foot and leg. Rinsed out my swim suite and did not notice water drips on floor. Nice pool area but, it could use a bit of a refurbishment

Unlike other reviewers, we really liked the beach: quiet, relaxing, crystal clear water. We also enjoyed the restaurant: good food, professional staff and relaxing atmosphere. The whole hotel and amenities are a bit old and need renovation. The first night, wife and I got several insect bites. We were worried there might be bedbugs or something in the room, so we brought it up to the property and they agreed to move us to a different unit. It was a stressful night but we appreciate the staff for trying to help.

Amazing property with superior hospitality

Clean and huge rooms, beautiful beaches to swim. No complementary drinks station in the lobby even though it’s non all inclusive, the drinks station for your guests would have made it to excellent service.

Very impressive lobby and grounds. Very clean. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. The pool is only thigh high. You can't really swim in it at all. The tile inside the pool floor is VERY slippery. My husband does not swim, and since the pool is so shallow, he was squatting and leaning leaning against the pool wall. When he got up, his feet slipped out from underneath him and he feel backwards. He couldn't get his feet to stop slipping for him to regain his balance. I had to grab him under his arms to get his head above water for him to catch his breath. VERY discerning to say the least. The jacuzzi tub/shower was VERY difficult to get into, as there is probably a 24" angled space to step over to get into the tub and would have like more grab bars. We couldn't locate the gym. Two of the restaurants, claiming to be open, had no staff. I didn't like the fact of the "membership" meeting. I told EACH person, if this is a time share, I am NOT interested....at least 6 times, and they insisted it was NOT a time share. It IS a time share that goes by the name of "Membership".
