Waiting for long time to get food

The selection of restaurants is excellent. Music in the lobby bar every evening (we are dancers). The Havana Club is fun (we are dancers). The new lobby decorations and seating are very nice. The music in the lobby bar was not advertised on the events screens; this makes day planning difficult; the lobby bar staff apparently were not informed either.

The rooms are nice and the food is much better than any other AI I’ve been to

Amazing location and five star service all the way !! Some of the regular food options were not that good. The bikini bar and the lunch time options a little disappointing in terms of food taste. But overall everything was fresh and service was incredible!

Location is extremely nice. Waterfront is beautiful. All inclusive is good value, but not the best in terms of specialty restaurants. I main restaurant is very good. The specialty restaurants not so much.

Everything was great.

An opportunity to update some interiors. Room was very comfortable and modern; bathroom could use a little updating.

Location to downtown The staff was not as friendly as im used to. Room service was a nightmare. Hard to even get in touch with someone to get room service. Towels, beverages, snacks were only restocked if you called to get more. Most all inclusive places just do that for you. Slow drink service at pool bar and lobby bar. Room was very moist/damp. Making the bedding uncomfortable. Sheets in bed are not soft. Everytime our room was cleaned no cups were removed and new ones given. They pilled up for the 4 days we were there. Nothing for the teens to do...17 year old inparticlar they are not old enough to go to dance club but to old for the "teen" game room. There were only little kids in there. Needs to be more activities for the older teens. Also it took for ever to check in...

The pools and the pool bars. - Staff would NOT let me workout without tennis shoes. No where nearby sells tennis shoes, therefore I could not workout. This was a BIG deal to me since I am an athlete. - I can hear people in the room above us moving stuff around constantly. - All inclusive means you pay for the food and drink in the cost of your room, but the staff also expects to be tipped for everything. At the Japanese steakhouse one of the workers constantly was asking for tips, “how was MY service”. The food was all good, but not great.

The rooms are not what you see in the photos! Old rooms and old furnitures! You pay for a 5 star level hotel but the rooms are 3.5! Get ready for the surprise. The rooms and the furnitures are old. The restrooms are not that much clean.

It was really perfect stay with good breakfast near the beach and nice family atmosphere. Kids club is perfect for kids and evening entertainment was really good especially Karaoke for kids. There are different restaurants which you can book in advance immediately after check-in and I would recommend to try as many as you can just to understand for yourself which one is definitely for you. In overall, it was amazing

It’s a great location because all the nightlife it’s around the corner plus inside the property you have everything if you don’t want to go out The only thing that I don’t like about the place is that the restaurants close to early at night if they could stay open till midnight that would be perfect on my opinion

Towels when enter the building, staff near the pool The food is average. Also, the "all-inclusive" package isn't truly all-inclusive, as there is only one restaurant open for breakfast and lunch. The buffet isn't a real buffet like you find in other hotels; there are limited seats, and you have to wait in line just to be seated. The food is mostly American-style, and honestly, there is almost nothing to choose from at breakfast. One day, my wife was turned away from breakfast because she was wearing a swimsuit with a cover-up over it. What? This is breakfast, not dinner in a cozy restaurant! We just wanted to grab a quick coffee and go to the pool, but she was forced to go back and change her clothes. We were very unhappy about this. The lady at the entrance was not friendly at all. In general, the staff was indifferent. There was also a lack of activities (many of them due to staff which was not active), and the rooms need renovation. Kids club our kids not really liked

Everything especially the hospitality during the meals Sunset bar can be improved. Bartender was not very friendly so we tried to use the bikini bar instead :)
